About: Hey! I’m Jade. I’ve always been an animal person, and taking care of pets really does come naturally to me. I try to keep things calm, gentle, and comfortable so your dog can settle in and feel at ease. I’m patient and affectionate, and I pay attention to what each dog needs — whether they’re playful, shy, or just want to chill. I also have a dog of my own, so I totally understand how important it is to feel good about who you’re leaving your fur baby with. My goal is simply to make your pet feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I work a full-time job, so I’m available on weekdays after 6 PM and on weekends any time for boarding, and always happy to help. Due to me living in an apartment, I usually don’t take pets into my home if very small children are present. Exceptions can be made if my kids are away for the weekend or if the pet is very small. I’m also happy to provide care at your home anytime.

About: I’ve been around and taken care of plenty of dogs since I was little. I certainly have the basic skills to feed, walk, and care for dogs. Ontop of that, I can give medication orally or though shots if needed while you’re away. I have had plenty of experience dealing with dogs and all that comes along with having one. I love animals and enjoy taking care of them and all that comes along with that! I have to clean up after my own dogs and make sure their basic needs are met everyday. This is a task I am responsible of to make sure they are kept happy and healthy! I take the dogs outside to the bathroom or to play as well as giving them water daily. Our yard is fenced in and the animals can not get out. Our dogs know better than to get into things but at time stuff does happen so I make sure nothing is being messed up or chewed into etc. I would do the same for your home just as if it were mine.

About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. This move gave me the opportunity to pursue a job that I ❤️ and am passionate about. I believe dogs and cats are the most awesome of Earth's creatures, and, in my eyes, are such precious members of our families. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. I live in a house with a large fully fenced backyard and have a doggy door which allows the dogs to move freely in and out of the house as they desire.

About: I work with Chimpanzees at Chimp Haven! I also have two amazing cats named Bellion and Kid! In addition I also have a bearded dragon named Thor. I have had animals since I was 3 and I have been caring for animals since then. I have experience walk training dogs and I have plenty of regular training experience as well. I use to volunteer with multiple dog and cat no kill shelters where I would walk, play, and groom with both dogs and cats. I would also go to events and communicate with potential adopters for these dogs, as I did these events I would be walk training the dogs so that when they get adopted they would know! I do work a full time job from 7am-4pm every day. My evenings are completely free and I currently have Saturdays and Sundays off from work so I am free all day on those days to help train or walk pets! About: My name is Juanita I am 29 years old and have one fur baby of my own I love animals of all sorts they are like children and need to be treated with care and love. My home is a non smoke stay clean fun house where the fur babies can run around free and play with each other and myself. My husband is a hard working man so he is at work for 14 hours straight but once he gets off he loves playing with the fur babies too. They will get 24 hour attention and love and care!
