About: Your animals will love my care! 15 years of experience, caring for cats and dogs. I love all animals. Currently reactivating my Rover account for dog and cat care. Mainly taking female well behaved dogs up to 70 pounds. Occasionally will care for some males that are very well-behaved and non-aggressive. Care not available for any aggressively known breeds. Keep in mind if I am booked up on a particular day then I would not be available. My drop in visits are per hour $20 per hour. Will travel up to 8 mile radius from Westerly, Rhode Island. Please make sure they have secure harness and leash. If heavy scented toxic shampoos are used on pet, I will not be able to accompany the pet. About: I currently have 1 cat and 1 dog, I watch my brother’s puppy every week and have taught her many tricks. I also take my bestfriends dog on a hike once in awhile I’m working part time so I have plenty free time to be filled! After 1pm on Fridays, and before 11am on tuesdays & Wednesdays! I have mondays and sundays off I regularly walk my dog and feed her throughout the day. When I watch my brothers puppy I take her on long walks and run around in the yard.

About: With being surrounded by family and friends who are vet techs & pet clinic staff, I have had experience with dogs & cats for a very long time. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and treat every pet like my own. My first dog, Jack (a Bichon-Poodle), joined our family when I was six. Then came Lilly, a 60-pound mutt I helped train from a puppy. Later, I cared for a rescued kitten named Chef, who we bottle-fed from two days old. I lived with him for two years in Florida. While living in Europe, I was the primary caregiver for Foksi, a 35-pound rescue dog from Russia, for three years between Belgium and Italy. She was already house-trained and knew basic commands, but I continued her training from about a year old and handled all her daily care. If your dog is used to certain commands, just let me know — I’m happy to keep up their routine and reinforce training during walks or visits. I’m active, reliable, and love getting outside for long walks or playtime. I work part-time and have a flexible schedule, so your pet will get focused attention. Whether it’s puppy energy or senior care, I’m comfortable handling it and will make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for. I recently relocated back to the U.S. and am currently building my dog care business while searching for full-time remote work. In the meantime, I have open availability and can be flexible to meet your needs. As I grow my client base, I’ll work toward a consistent schedule—but for now, I’m new to the local market and fully available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting. I provide care only at the client’s home or during walks. I’ll follow any rules or routines you have in place to make sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and relaxed.

About: Old school reliable guy that has owned pets for over 6 years. I have 3 cats and a senior dog at home. I am very considerate of other people's animals. I have pet sat for family members and never had issues. I work full time as a firefighter which consists of a rotating schedule. My current schedule allows time to be home for my animals and if needed other people's as well. I understand life can be hectic but pets are just as important cuz they our are family. I have plenty of room on my profile my dog to walk around and do her thing. My cats are happy with sleeping eating and attention. They are low maintenance for sure. During winter you can find them all gathered on the heated blanket on the bed or couch.

About: I grew up on a farm taking care of farm animals of all ages, sizes, and species. I now own 2 kitties and 2 horses while I am finishing my masters in marine resource management! Being an animal person is kinda my thing! I spent 6 years of my life shadowing, volunteering, and near the end, working in vet clinics. It wasn’t until I went out to sea for NOAA that I realized I wanted to go into environmental studies. For now I can’t own my own dog due to the lack of a yard at my apartment, but dog walking seems like a great compromise! Not to mention, I have been walking horses around my entire life, which are basically large, unpredictable dogs. Dog walking would be lovely for me since I am in the middle of writing my thesis. Taking a break throughout my day is much needed for my personal sanity and productivity! Plus, dogs AND walking, say less. Since I have two cats my place is not the best for dogs that aren’t kitty friendly, but if I feel comfortable with a dog I don’t mind bringing them over. I house sit for the gals at my barn now, plus I’ve house sat all throughout high school and undergrad. Following directions and being respectful are extremely important to me.

About: I am a nurse and am currently focusing on finishing my degree. I have always had a soft spot for dogs ever since I was a child. In the past, I exclusively cared for the pets of friends and family. I have recently joined Rover and am excited to turn that passion into reality. I have had my own dogs (3) for around 12 years and have cared for them in all aspects of life. I will treat your fur child as my own ❤️ I am a part time student so I will have plenty of time to spend with your dog. I have availability Monday - Thursday to accommodate most work schedules. Friday availability is limited but please ask. In short, my two dogs are my children; and I will treat yours as such. I would prefer to walk your dogs in your neighborhood so it is comfortable in familiar surroundings. However, I do drive a Jeep and live close to hiking trails that would be perfect for an on-leash walk. Of course that would be up to your comfort level. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

About: I love all animals more than I can even grasp, and nothing is too big of an ask for them. I’m a larger man so if they need to be picked up to be brought outside or anything were I would have to go the extra mile for them, I gladly will. My schedule isn’t the hardest to work around so you let me know what works best for you and I’ll handle the rest!! I’m mainly free during the week but working weekends doesn’t scare me. Ill make sure your pet gets more then enough play time, nothing is worse then having energy you can’t do anything with! Long walks don’t bother me at all and if your pet has toys I’ll find there favorite one!

About: I worked for a local dog breeder for 2 years. There I took care of all dogs and I was the trainer for them! I also groomed and gave haircuts to the dogs I have also owned cats my entire life and I have some equine experience! Pet care is very important. Although we as humans cannot just lay on the couch most days and be with our fur baby’s! our pets need someone for company to get them off the couch and active. I have whole lots of time to make sure your fur baby is getting the attention they need when fur moms and dads are busy In clients homes I will be consistent with their fur baby’s always paying attention to their needs and keeping the pets and pet parents happy!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, currently I have a black lab (Marlin), and four cats (Nug, Goose, Heron, and Plover). Three of my four cats were born in my neighborhood to a feral mom, who I worked with the animal shelter to trap, spay, and release after capturing her kittens and getting her healthy. Over the course of the year in 2020, I socialized and found homes for all of her babies and ended up with three!! This said, I have experience with cats along a range of trusting humans and have a bit of a soft spot for them in my heart. In addition, I have had a cat with diabetes and dogs on medication, so I am comfortable administering insulin to cats and finding sneaky way to prevent dogs from spitting out pills. Aside from my own pets, I’ve watched my family members’ dogs while they are away and have watched some dogs and cats outside of Rover! Having recently graduated from URI, I am living in my hometown of Westerly until my Masters program starts in the fall. I work part time at a coffee shop at the moment and my schedule is never the same in a week. However, I can be fairly flexible, just message me with your dates and needs and I’ll see what I can do!! Unfortunately I cannot care for your pets in my own home, as I have my own animals. However, in your house, I am happy to meet your pets where their needs are. I want them to be as comfortable as possible while getting love, care, and play while you may be away.
