About: What truly sets me apart is my commitment to communication. I provide regular updates, photos, and detailed notes after each visit or walk, so you always feel connected to your pet. My background also includes volunteer work at a local animal shelter, where I gained hands-on experience handling dogs with special needs and anxiety. You can count on me to treat your pet and home with the same respect and care I’d expect for my own. Reliability, compassion, and peace of mind—that’s what I bring to every visit. Pet care is an integral part of my daily and weekly routine. I prioritize creating a consistent and safe environment for every pet in my care, whether that means early morning walks, timely feedings, or engaging play sessions throughout the day. I incorporate time each day to monitor health, behavior, and comfort, ensuring pets feel secure and loved while their owners are away. On a weekly basis, I plan for special outings, grooming (if needed), and ongoing communication with pet owners to provide updates and maintain trust. Caring for animals is more than a job—it’s a responsibility I take seriously, and I structure my schedule to reflect that commitment. I have a fenced in privacy fence back yard! As well as a temperature controlled garage if needed to separate! I have an extra crate if needed as well!

“Kristen and her family were wonderful. Oscar, our dog, has only spend 1 other day away from us, so Kristen suggested a meet and greet prior. Oscar met her family, including her dogs, and we got to see how Oscar would respond. It went well. We schedule a time for Oscar to spend 5-6 hours without us. From the time we dropped him off until we picked him up, Kristen kept us informed and even sent photos of Oscar playing in the yard. He was excited to see us when we picked him up, but didn’t seem to be in a hurry to get into the truck to leave. Kristen will be our go-to sitter from now on.”

About: I’ve always loved Animals! I’ve had a dog since I was 7. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t get along with me. I always felt like they gravitate towards me! I also currently have two dogs, who are my world! I am a stay at home mom, who also works retail part time! With my dogs we play and cuddle whenever I can! I also walk my doggies 3 times a day, depending on the weather! So my schedule is flexible to take care of your fur babies! I will walk your dog as much as I’m instructed or as needed! I do have a large kennel if they have to go in or one isn’t brought from home! As long as you tell me your dogs schedule (if they don’t have one , that is fine!) we should be fine!

About: We have been caring for dogs, cats, donkeys, goats, and pigs for well over 10 years. We have recently moved to Athens and bring with us that experience to offer to you! We have helped birth and raised numerous dogs, numerous cats from birth, to include bottle feeding both dogs and cats. I have worked at horse ranch as well. My wife and I have grown up around and cared for animals all of our life. I currently work full time and I'm home by 5pm, but my wife is a stay at home mother, so someone will always be available for potty breaks, feeding, watering or play time! We are able to do drop in visits, boarding as well as dog sitting! We currently have 4 very friendly dogs that get along great with any animal we have had over or around, so plenty of friends for your pup to play with! We also have a large fenced in yard, and a shop with concrete flooring for shelter if needed.

About: Hi 👋 I’m Victoria! I graduated with a degree in Biochemistry with a concentration in pre-veterinary medicine from Mississippi State University in 2019. Then was admitted to Ross University for their veterinary medicine program. I love animals but decided I’d rather own the vet clinic than be the veterinarian so I worked as a vet tech while getting my MBA. I finished my masters in December of 2022 and have plans to start my own animal hospital. I have volunteered with several animal shelters and wildlife rehab centers since 2016. I worked at Animal Tracks Veterinary Hospital from June 2018 until August 2019. I have been trained in dog CPR at Mississippi State University’s school of veterinary medicine. I can do grooming (dogs and cats), with nail trim and ear cleaning for an extra $20 fee. I am able to medicate (oral, injections, creams, etc...). I have closely worked with with diabetic cats, cats with strokes (wobbly cat syndrome), post surgery care, and canine seizures. I can go on long runs, take them to the dog park, or just spend some time cuddling your furry family member. I will send daily pictures or videos of your pet while you’re away as well! I have experience working with domestic animals (large, small, and farm) as well as bobcats, bunnies, squirrels, birds, skunks, opossums, and coyotes. I am currently working on obtaining my wildlife rehabilitator certification. I’d love the chance to come meet your baby! I am currently working full-time for a tech company and am remote. If your fur babies need out in the middle of the day I can accommodate this as ling as I can use the WIFI. I have a cat, and 2 Australian Cattle Dogs who are very friendly. They are welcome to stay with me if they are potty trained and get along well with others.

About: I have one Aussiedoodle and one furrry cat. I would love to host your fur babies and make them feel at home while they’re away from home. I let my animals roam freely in the house as they please. Let us build a relationship with you and provide them with companionship in safe loving environment whenever you need. I’m currently a stay at home mom that will be home with your fur babies 24 hours a day available 7 days a week. I have one non school age child that will be home with me also during day time hours. I have a fenced yard and my own fur babies to keep yours company. They will have a safe and comfortable environment just as my fur babies do. Any special or specific needs can be accommodated when we discuss your pets needs. I will be sure to communicate with you about any concerns or updates during the stay.

When checking on your pet in your home, I am always aware and mindful of how you take care of your pet, whether that be leashing or crating.

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for a wide range of breeds, I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels. I’m reliable, patient, and pay close attention to each pet’s routine and comfort. My goal is to make your dog feel secure and loved while you're away—just like you never left. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible daytime schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine, and I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and companionship during most daytime hours Monday through Friday. I would so enjoy loving on your babies and taking care of them while you are not able to. I am a school bus driver, so I work early in the morning, and then in the afternoon. I have time during the day to take care of your babies! And then I have time after I get home from driving to keep them overnight. And I’m off during the summer to take care of them all day long! I have a huge yard, actually 12 1/2 acres. I don’t have a fenced in yard quite yet, but I’m working on it. I have two areas with runs for a dog to go outside, and a little 10x10 fenced in area for now. And then I am home with the babies inside most of the day unless they need to go out to go potty! I do have cats, so I need dogs that are cat friendly.

“Shane is an incredible pet owner! He's got a heart of gold when it comes to his furry friends. He's got a dog named Kimber that has been part of his life for (10) years. Along with many other animals he has raised through the years.. Shane always makes sure the animals have a cozy home and nutritious meals. Shane is definitely a top-notch pet owner!”

Victoria M.
“Victoria is the BEST sitter I have ever had! She took awesome care of my cat Peter. Peter is a butthole to everyone, but seems to really like her. He gets medicine everyday too and she was very experienced in administering that. She showed up on time and spent more time with him than required. She even put the dishes I left in the sink in the dishwasher for me! 10/10 would recommend.”

Rachel R.
“Debbie Albano for Lauren Lauren’s just been a blessing to me and my dogs. She takes my little Yorkie, Goliath, for walks and gives him all the attention he needs. Before I lost my other three—Gabby, Sampson, and Saban—she helped with them too, even walked my outdoor dogs, which not everybody is willing to do. I work from home, but it’s such a comfort knowing they’re not just cooped up. She’s sweet, dependable, and you can tell she truly cares. I don’t know what I’d do without her.”

Somer H.
“SoMER is amazing with animals. Both dogs and cats love her. She has good instincts with animals and they can tell she’s a friend. You can’t do any better with a pet sitter than Somer!”
