“Lindsey, Leland, and their kids took amazing care of our 13-year-old Golden Retriever, Callie. She had injured her back leg about a month before her stay, and they were incredibly thoughtful in managing her needs. They made sure she got all her medications and adjusted her walks based on what she could handle. I’m pretty sure Callie felt like she was at a spa—between the gentle attention, extra brushing, and love from their three wonderful kids, she was clearly in great hands. I accidentally mixed up the pickup date by a day, but Lindsey and Leland were incredibly accommodating and kept Callie that extra day without hesitation. I was so relieved, knowing she wouldn’t have to be shuffled to a different home just for one night. Throughout her stay, they regularly updated us with photos—Callie lounging in the grass, out on a walk, or happily curled up in someone’s lap. The peace of mind they gave us was priceless. If I could give Lindsey and Leland six stars, or more, I absolutely would. They went above and beyond in every way.”

About: I grew up with a menagerie of animals, including lots of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I spent many years fostering dogs and volunteering with dog adoptions for the ASPCA. While I’m new to Rover, my friends and family have counted on me for years to dog sit, train, dog walk, etc. their furry family members. I am very active and your pup will get long morning walks, hikes, and lots of exercise! I have a large fenced in yard as well. Animals bring me so much joy, and I couldn't imagine a life without them :) I have one dog who has a moderate activity level. Every morning we take a long (at least an hour) walk before I leave for work. I currently work Monday-Thursday but am available to pop home for potty breaks if your dog is boarded with me. Friday-Sunday I am around at home and take dogs with me for walks or hikes on those days. If your dog is a couch potato, that works too :) I have a warm and welcoming dog-friendly home. They'll find lots of stuffies and soft & cozy places to land. Your dog will get lots of pets and cuddles but I also give them space to rest and get settled in. My dog loves to play with other dogs and I have a large fenced in yard as well for playtime!

And we could tell in the pictures that he felt right at home and was getting lots of love and snuggles. She also took him on walks and threw the ball for him regularly. About: Four years experience. Two playful goldendoodles currently live in our home, Timber and Aspen. Your doodle will receive the same excellent care as our doggies while staying in our home. Snacks are chicken free. Home is chemical free. Backyard is fully landscaped. I am home everyday, only leaving to run quick errands. Your dogs needs will always be top priority and your doodle will be taken care of just like my own doodles! Fully fenced backyard with lawn, gravel and cement only (no dirt). Personal attention will include play-time with balls, toys & towels, brushing, walks, snuggles & belly rubs.

Many sitters in ID ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
