About: I have always had at least one pet in my household—the more the merrier! I have owned cats since childhood and currently have 4. Though I don’t currently have a dog, I love my friends’ and neighbors dogs as if they were my own and constantly drop by the visit and walk them. I am experienced with kittens and puppies as well as older pets. I currently work from home with very flexible hours, so I can usually come by with short notice! If you’d like me to stick around all day, I can bring my laptop and work from your home so that I can provide constant company for your pet. I have very few meetings during the day so I can provide lots of cuddles, walks, play, and attention all day long. I am well attuned to cat and dog body language and know when to provide space, take things slow to gain trust, and when pets are ready to play. I always make sure to keep dogs on leashes when they are outside, and as an owner of two escape artist cats I know to always make sure the doors are closed behind me! I know that pet owners know their pets best, so I will always listen to your experience and input regarding how to best care for your pet.

She was very responsive and communicated well from the first contact, to setting up the meet and greet, to the day she came for two drop in visits while I was gone for a very long day. She took some very sweet photos of Gunnar and told me all about their activities, so I knew he was having as good a day as he could have, being alone except for her two visits. She gave him his treats and took him for walks, and it looks like they had a good time. He was happy when I got home and hadn't touched a thing in the house. About: I’ve been around dogs of all sizes and temperaments since I was a small child. I’m a huge animal lover, and I have experience that ranges from puppies to senior dogs. Also experienced in some livestock care! I work part-time, so I have great flexibility in my schedule. I’m also available most weekends so I have plenty of time to play with your fur baby! I’m incredible attentative and responsible (this includes duty pick up!), knowledgeable on walking dogs of various temperaments and levels of reactivity. Also experienced with a variety of “no-pull” harness styles.

About: I have always had dogs and love walking and playing with them. I always share a special bond with dogs, they are so friendly and comforting. My mom used to have her own doggy day care business and train dogs. I would love to meet new friendly faces and get to know your dogs. I believe that once I get to know your little pup, we will have a lovely time together. I have mostly had collies and shelties and currently I also have a pitbull/boxer mix. If your dog need meds, I have given plenty to other dogs in the past. I am very good at keeping dogs occupied and busy while having a good time too. I believe that if you give me a chance, your dog and I will have great times together going for walks and playing. I’m a teacher so this summer of ‘22 I am looking to have this as my full time job! I think that would be so much fun and the perfect fit for me and my schedule as I am very flexible! I love having toys around that my dogs love to use. I usually put my dogs closed in separate rooms during the day when we are gone. I would make sure all the dogs/pets would be as open or as separated as you’d like. Every dog is unique in their needs.

About: I am a flexible working professional. Most of my family members have an animal that I have taken care of for as long as I can remember. I love all dogs no matter the size or breed. I am a previous collegiate student-athlete and am still very active, so playing with your pets and physical activity is right up my ally. I am happy to help with house sitting, drop-In visits, or take them for a walk. I look forward to helping you out with your care needs for your pets. I am currently in the off-season of my full-time job, so my schedule is very flexible. I will need to travel some weekends for work, but besides that I am flexible during the week and most weekends. About: I started a career in dog care in 2010. I have extensive experience with all dog breeds in boarding, day care, training, grooming and vet tech. I then began rescuing Pugs and have my 5th one currently. I love all animals and look forward to caring for yours! I have a flexible schedule. Let's see what works for both of us. I'm available as often as needed and I have reliable transportation available I have a dog park across the street but also plenty of regular walking trails if your pet isn't social. About: I am an animal lover who would love to provide care to your pet so you don't have to worry about leaving them at home while you're at work or on vacation! My services include dog-walking, drop-in visits to check on and play with your pup, overnight boarding if you're away on vacation (at my home or yours), or dog-sitting for the day while you're at work. I have experience with volunteering at various animal shelters, caring for dogs on Rover for several years, owning several family dogs growing up, and spending time with my parents dog, Boomer (a rescue Shih-tzu yorkie mix), my sisters dog Lola (a mini schnauzer) and my in-laws’ golden retriever, Remi. As of June, we also have a golden retriever puppy of our own who adores other dogs, so it is important that your dog gets along with other dogs. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! My husband and I live in a home on 5 acres on a quiet rural road in Maine that is perfect for taking dogs for walks or a swim in the pond (if their parents say yes!). Your dog will have plenty of room in the house and on our land to play and go for walks down our quiet road. I also am able to travel to your home to watch your dog too.

About: I've always loved animals, particularly dogs. Animals respond well to me, and I have cared for many over the years. I treat every animal as if they are my own! Ever met that person who just randomly pulls over on the street to say hi to your pup? THAT'S ME! I work full time in the healthcare field, but can often modify my schedule. I routinely travel between Oakland and Gardiner ME for work, so traveling is not an issue. I like to be on the go! I also work part time with Animal Control in Sidney. Due to my other commitments, I do require that all of my furry clients be able to be left alone for at least 8 hours. Exceptions can be made for clients in my immediate vicinity, or if my schedule allows. Your wish is my command! Whatever you need simply ask! Whatever I can do to ease your mind and comfort your pet in your absence, i will do!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, birds, and small animals for three years now. I also have experience with housesitting and babysitting. I work two 12 hour day shifts a week. I am currently working part time two 12 hour days. Dogs go out before I go to work and after. On my days off I am able to spend more time with them. I cannot offer pet sitting in my home at this time. I have three years of house/dog sitting experience as well as cats. I am able to stay at the clients place as needed for pet care.
