Every new client/pup starts with a free meet & greet so we can ensure a great fit. How my hikes work I pick up your pup, head to a dog-friendly trail and lead a 1.5 hr hike with frequent sniff breaks, water breaks, and practice trail etiquette. After the hike, I towel off muddy paws as needed, drop your dog back home, and share a quick summary with photos. My goal is a content, relaxed dog who’s mentally and physically satisfied. Safety and standards I’m insured and Dog First Aid/CPR certified, and I carry a trail kit (water, bowls, extra leashes, poop bags, basic first-aid supplies) on every outing. I choose routes and durations based on weather, terrain, and each dog’s conditioning, and I reschedule during unsafe conditions. Is your dog a good fit? Your pup should be up to date on vaccinations and on flea/tick prevention. They should be comfortable on leash, friendly with people and well-matched canine companions, and ride calmly in a vehicle. Active person going to school part time. Available for solo walks in your neighborhood but really looking to get some interest in small group or solo dog hikes. I try to cater to you and your pets needs as much as possible. I will be respectful in your home and communicate regularly so you know how your pet is doing.

About: Hello! I'm Holly Heath, and I've been a dog lover my whole life. From caring for my own 12 year old pup to providing daycare and boarding for friends and family, dogs have always been a huge part of my world. I started young, walking a big Akita when I was just 12, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve dog sat for a household with six pups, taken a hyper Great Dane puppy on mini adventures, and worked as a dog walker with Homeward Bound Pet Services for two years. I even had a small handmade dog toy business at one point! I’m a total dog person! I love spending time with dogs in a calm, gentle way, and I’m fluent in dog body language. All dogs are my instant friends. These days, I’m offering frequent short walks with laps around the yard if needed and relaxing yard hangouts at my home. I offer daycare and can board up to two dogs at a time. I'm all about making dogs feel safe, happy, and loved. I currently work part-time as a dog walker, so I just need a two-week heads up to request time off. Once that's set, all my focus is on your pup, and I’ll be home with them 100% of the day! There will be plenty of playtime and walks as needed through my beautiful yard. I will have a maximum of three dogs in my home at a time, including my own dog, Rosko. Rosko gets excited when he first meets a new pup but quickly settles into his normal self, a calm, smart, 12-year-old mutt who weighs about 25 pounds. He loves to share his toys, watch other dogs play, and relax with a buddy. He’s very respectful and enjoys simply sitting next to other dogs. He’s also great at reading dog body language. I have a large, three-acre yard with open lawns, gardens, wooded paths, and a babbling brook. Your dog will always be on a leash while exploring, but they'll still get to enjoy peaceful walks and all the wildlife smells. Inside, there are plenty of toys to choose from and cozy spots to lounge. It's nice and cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. I will follow your instructions closely and provide the best, most attentive care possible.
About: I have been around dogs my entire life, but have raised my own for the last 10 years. My dogs Mason and Myla were my kids and we went on many adventures together! Hikes and trail walks were our favorite things to do! I currently work full-time Monday thru Friday. I'm available for pet care any time Monday thru Friday after 530pm and can do weekends as well! I am very open to having pets stay in their own environments so they can be as stress free as possible. I am willing to walk in areas they know already or even to bring them on hikes or new trails to walk. I'm always will to play with any animals that want to play!
