“April was such a fantastic sitter! She has years of experience and you can tell she cares for your pet! She was attentive to our Aussie’s special needs and we are thankful for her flexibility and her kindness.”

“Joy was absolutely wonderful with my dog! She provided a safe, fun, and caring environment, and it was clear how much she truly loves animals. My pup came home happy and relaxed. This was my first time using Rover and Joy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving dog sitter! 🐾”

“Mandy took such great care of my pupp. Consistently updated me with pictures. I had no worries with Mandy, I will definitely recommend her to take care of your furry friends.”

“It was a relief with all of our funeral planning taking place in Chicago, to know that Ms. Bernice was going to take care of Niko. This was his first time at any day care and it seems that this will help us as we work with him to socialize with other dogs. Overall, she was very cooperative, reliable and conveniently located to our hotel. We would use her services again.”

“I highly recommend booking doggy daycare with Jesseeka! Rockett and Wrigley fit right in with Coco and Benji. Thanks for a great week and keeping the pups active while I worked!”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Currently, I care for two of my own—Sparky, my sweet 13-year-old Bichon Frise, and Shelby, my playful 1-year-old Miniature Goldendoodle. Having both a senior dog and a young, energetic pup has given me a wide range of hands-on experience, from managing health needs and gentle senior care to keeping up with puppy energy, training, and teething phases. In the past, I also cared for an American Pitbull Terrier for 5 years, and over the years I’ve looked after many dogs for friends, neighbors, and family members. Some of the breeds I’ve worked with include Chihuahuas, Beagles, Golden Retrievers, Pomeranians, and a variety of lovable mixes. Every dog is unique, and I truly enjoy getting to know each one’s personality and quirks. Whether they’re shy or outgoing, young or elderly, I’m patient, gentle, and always happy to provide the care and attention they deserve. I’m usually available Monday through Friday, which means I have plenty of time throughout the day to walk, play with, and care for your pup. Whether they need a midday stroll, some company while you’re away, or just a little extra love and attention, I’m happy to be there for them. I’m home often, so I’m able to keep a close eye on the dogs and make sure they’re always safe and cared for. While my yard is open and unfenced, I never leave dogs outside unattended—they’re always on a leash and supervised, with access to a sunny, enclosed sunroom for extra comfort. For smaller dogs, I have a crate available if preferred by the owner, and I’m also able to provide transport in case of a vet emergency. My home is stocked with cozy blankets and toys that are always available for dogs to borrow and enjoy. Located in a quiet, beautiful area, the home offers plenty of space to explore, bird- and squirrel-watching opportunities, and nearby parks for peaceful outings. The spacious living room and multiple rooms allow for safe separation if needed, ensuring every dog feels comfortable. Most of all, your pup will enjoy peace, safety, and lots of love while in my care.
“My puppy was well cared for, and was definitely very active during her visit. When she came home, she was immediately ready to lay down and relax after her eventful day. Definitely worth coming scheduling more days.”

About: I have had pets for 40 years and taken care of others' pets for 30 years. I am a reliable, peppy, retired teacher and counselor. Currently I have open availability. I am retired and want to build my pet/home sitting business. I welcome any and all requests for pet or home sitting as I build my business. I do not have any pets of my own. I lost my precious kitty last year and am not ready to add a new pet to my home. I do however have 3 grand kitties and 3 granddogs that I take care of and walk. As a caregiver to your pet I can provide focused attention to your pet. I do not have a fenced yard but am ready, willing and able to provide excellent walks for your pet.

“Marshmallow had a WONDERFUL first experience at Nancy & Mark’s Day Care! Sooo wonderful she’s scheduled for future Day Care dates as well as an upcoming Boarding weekend. I couldn’t be happier to have found a place, close to home, where my sweet, but scared and anxious, rescue is FINALLY comfortable other than with me!! Due to past trauma, Marshmallow suffers from SEVERE separation anxiety and can be fearful around large dogs, thus the fact that there is always a person present as well as the laid back and comfortable environment provided by Nancy & Mark was ABSOLUTELY perfect to calm ALL Marshmallow and Mommy’s concerns!! I was sent pictures, a video and updates throughout her stay. We truly feel blessed to have found such a GREAT fit!!!”

I am very patient with pets in their learning stages, as well as supportive to their needs as they get older. I work from home with occasionally delivery driving on my own schedule. I have a lot of free time to care for pets of all kinds! I have a fenced in back yard, two medium sized puppies, and three cats! My three cats are 9, 2 and 3 months. About: I enjoy having dogs, and started using this website when I went out of town. Because of this, I know the high standard of care I expect from my sitter, and what you should expect too. I will take the time and care you would for your own dog. I'll give them snuggles, playtime, and lots of outside time depending on the crazy weather we have here of course. Myself and my doggy friends love to take walks, play tug-of-war, fetch and other games your dog enjoys or might enjoy. If your dog comes to our house we have a fully enclosed backyard. It is a great big yard enough to play fetch with a few dogs at the same time. Some just like to sun bathe and watch everyone else run around. Your dogs will have so much fun, and will be well loved while they are here. When my doggie friends come back for a visit the owners tell me the dogs are excited when they turn down my street. I have a Yorkie named Jack, and 3 mini Bernedoodles named Elenor, Dahlia, and Franklin. I am not taking unneutered or unspayed dogs at this time. I have lots of available hours to spend with your pets. My schedule is consistent usually, but fairly open. In the past, I was walking dogs. Not sure if I am going to start doing that or not. I have a fenced in yard and 4 dogs to keep your dog company. We can play in the yard or hang out in the house. I have lots of toys and balls.
