About: I am a doctoral candidate in Biology at UofL, so you know I'm good at organization and scheduling! I think my time as a graduate student has sharpened my reasoning and communication skills as well. It's also increased my animal handling experience (mice)! I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats and dogs. My most recent pet is an elderly shi tzu with a surprising amount of energy! Apollo is a very skiddish cat, but we've definitely earned each others' trust. I can drop by to check on your pet, take them out for a walk (if weekday, must be before 10am or after 5pm, can be flexible), check on them periodically to feed them, or house sit (weekends only). I am a grad student, so I'm usually busy during weekdays 10am-5pm. Most of my work now is away from the bench, so I can be a little flexible about those hours Weekends are generally open! I love in an apartment that doesn't allow animals so I can't keep any here. I can however watch your furry friend at your house or take them on walks around the neighborhood!

About: I have taken care of dogs of all different breeds and ages for several years. Most recently, I provided long term care for an elderly dog with high anxiety. She required extra patience and special care— two things that I would be able to provide your animal as well! I am available before or after work on weekdays for drop-in visits or walks. I am available full-time on weekends for the same two services. I offer updates to pet owners after every drop-in visit or walk. Quintin did a great job watching our dog and cat over a 4 day period. The animals loved him and he was very compassionate and caring toward them. We have an older dog that requires medication and he did well providing that to her. He even came over 2 additional times to check on them one day. I would recommend him to watch dogs and cats.
