About: I have a degree in veterinary technology and used to work in clinics and veterinary ER. I personally have three dogs, three guinea pigs a bearded dragon and am fostering a kitten. I take the care of animals to heart and cater my approach to each of their personalities. I can perform CPR if needed and am able to administer medications and help with any specialized needs. I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages and can meet their needs. I also can manage exotic animals. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask! I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I keep my dogs on somewhat of a routine as I have semi high energy breeds. Though we do lounge around at home when they’re feeling lazy. I treat all animals with the highest level of care whether it is my own pet or someone else’s. I have my eyes on the pets at all times both inside and outside of the home. I worked in the veterinary field through college and retired in 2024. All that knowledge stays with me and I continue to stay up to date on animal care. You will get regular photo updates of your babies during my drop in’s and/or boarding.

I've also worked for a small zoo and cared for cows, donkeys and Nigerian Dwarf Goats, as well as owls, hawks and an eagle. I have cared for exotic animals too! About: I've taken care of cat's and dogs all of my life. I have 2 cats that are litter trained. I also know how to teach dogs basic training! I'm currently available everyday except Tuesdays and Thursdays as I have college those days but I'm looking to get extra cash and I love animals I only have 2 cats that I don't allow outside but I let them wonder anywhere in the house. My 5 star timeshare for Staycations (boarding)is opportunity to save cost and book in advance. I work and I'm a homeschool educator however I have no issues with adjusting my schedule to care for pets and am available to communicate with every day In home dogs sleep in our room unless crated, and eat table scraps when we aren't fast enough, we let the, free roam the house once potty routine is established and that time frame depends on dog. We don't allow dogs on furniture but cover the furniture for animals trained that way to reduce stress on trying to keep them down. In your home, routine is maintained and extra treats given, time outside is always encouraged for high energy and down time is enforced when bad behavior is being modified
About: All my life I've been interested in animals. I grew up with a dog, a cat, and a snake, and my work in the field has involved all sorts of animal husbandry, from shearing sheep to catching alligators or banding songbirds. Sometimes I feel I understand animals better than people which helps me provide specialized one-on-one care to meets your beloved pet's needs. I want to ensure that they feel as safe, comfortable, and well-loved with me as they do with you! I'm currently taking some online classes, so my schedule is pretty flexible! Right now I have a lot of time Fridays-Mondays which I would love to spend taking care of some special pets. I don't have access to a fenced-in yard currently and would not be able to host a dog to the best of my ability. I've taken care of cats at my house, however, and have found that they quickly feel at ease in my home environment. My kitty passed away last year, unfortunately, but I am home often and will provide as much company and attention as your pet desires. I want them to know they have a friend in me.
About: I have taken care of and been around animals for as long as I can remember. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to take care of, feed, and play with their pets. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
