About: I have three pets at home, 2 dogs and a cat, and I've also done care for my neighbors. I can deal with high and low energy pets, and while most of my experience is with mid-large sized dogs, I'm cool with anything small or large. Currently a student at Towson University. I don't have any other responsibilities this summer, so my schedule is currently pretty free and I can do most times. I can play in any way your dogs want, take care of their needs on schedule (grooming included), or just relax with them if that's what they want. I am prepared to dedicate myself to the happiness and safety of the dogs in my care.

About: My family's love and appreciation for animals has instilled values of pet-care, discipline, and adoration for animals within me. Throughout my life, I've always owned a dog or cat, so I've grown accustomed to animal needs and routines. My experience with fostering has taught me the individuality of a dog's needs and how pets require care that is specific to their conditions and dispositions. One of my fosters was a puppy, so I have experience with a range of dog ages. Another was a border collie, so I am familiar with high energy dogs. My parents possess strict and high standards for the pet sitters that take care of our cat and dog, which has extended to my current standards that I hold for myself. I completely understand the struggle of leaving your pets, and with this in mind I will provide loving, reliable, and trustworthy care. As a student who is on break for the winter, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. Having a flexible winter schedule allows me to devote ample time and attention to your pet's needs. My years of experience with animals allow me to affectionately and quickly connect with other pets. I strive to create a calm and loving atmosphere so your pets will feel at home with me. It is my top priority to ensure your pet's happiness and safety. With my accumulated knowledge I will cater to your pets individual needs, whether that be feeding, grooming, playtime, or cuddles.

“Kate did a great job walking my dog. She had a good rapport with my pup, she communicated very well, and she ensured my dog’s safety and happiness. I would definitely recommend Kate as a dog walker.”

“Caleb is personable, friendly, and energetic enough to keep up with our lively puppy. Stella would always return her walks with Caleb happy, joyful, and yet ready for a nice puppy nap. Caleb even took the extra step to come over for an introductory visit to meet Stella, get acquainted, and talk us through any concerns/answer questions. Highly recommend using Caleb & Julianna.”

About: For countless summers, I’ve stayed in different homes taking care of dogs, cats, fish, and even chickens. I’m an active person so playing and walks are my forte! Nothing wrong with a night in on the couch either for some pet TLC. I’m up early on Saturdays and can take care of your pet! Whatever you need done-I’m always happy to start my day with your best friend. I’m attentive and not scared of messes! Pets are people too, and can make mistakes. It happens, and I’m not scared to jump in. I want to make sure your pet is at peace.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for family and friends for over 10 years now, but it didn’t start there. My parents raised Labrador Retrievers while I was growing up and we competed in hunt test trials with them. We earned several Master Hunter titles with our labs. I gained experience from raising them as puppies to producing accomplished Master Hunters with countless hours of dedication and training. As I got older, I got into riding horses and for several years I boarded my horses at various barns throughout Harford County and competed in Hunter/Jumper shows. Moving forward my husband and I purchased a farm in northern Harford County where our children have raised multiple 4-H projects from pigs, chickens, steers, rabbits, goats, etc. I have a vast amount of experience/knowledge not only in dogs and cats but also in farm animals. Currently I am a small breeder of corgis and I raise them in my home. I am fully knowledgeable about vaccinating, administering medications, determining any illnesses, wrapping any wounds, basic vet care, oral hygiene, animal behavior, etc. I work from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding most of the time and I can accommodate your pets needs! We live on a farm. I can hand walk your dog in our fields and we have a few small fenced in areas where he/she can play. We also have a fenced in yard that surrounds the entire house, so if any doors open the dog will be contained. Our garage is temperature controlled and it has been turned into our puppy/dog room. Our dogs will NOT have contact with your dogs. We believe that safety is the most critical factor in keeping someone else’s dog and I would want the same for my own dogs.

About: As a college student studying Zoology, animals and their care are more than a side hustle or a hobby: they’re my world. Apart from my academic coursework in animal care and welfare, I have more than eight years of personal care and volunteer experience with numerous animals, including but not limited to: cats, dogs, horses, rats and mice, hamsters, snakes, various types of lizards and amphibians, goats, chickens, sheep, cattle, and even invertebrates such as tarantulas and scorpions. Rest assured, I’ll never discriminate against your furry pal! I have experience giving oral medication, both liquid and pill, as well as insulin injections and subcutaneous fluids. I also have experience caring for elderly animals — like my 18 year old cat, Maya! I can provide feeding, brushing, hoof care, walking, exercise, medication, play time, turning out, litterbox cleaning and much more! I have a driver’s license and my own transportation, and my hours and pay are flexible. I am willing to drive 60-90 minutes depending on needs. As mentioned prior, I have extensive prior experience volunteering at various shelters, vets and farms assisting with animal care, as well as my own personal experience caring for a diverse array of pets. I am happy to gather recommendations from organizations I work with. While caring for your pet or pets, I will regularly keep in contact with you and update you with both text and photos (if desired), along with keeping a dedicated spreadsheet of feeding/watering/grooming times and overall health to guarantee your peace of mind. I am capable of providing pet care across a flexible schedule. I can provide early care from 6-9 AM in the morning and any time after 4:20 PM on weekdays, as well as 24 hour care on weekends and overnight stays if needed. I am able to care for pets in a wide variety of ways thanks to expensive experience. Walking, feeding, litter-box cleaning, playtime, as well as insulin/subcutaneous fluid injections are all possible. I can also administer medication orally. Daily checkups as well as overnight stays are both possible.

About: I love taking care of healthy pets but medical needs are my specialty! I have experience with a wide range of medical conditions and can give topical, oral, and injectable medications. I can administer insulin and check blood glucose. I can also administer sub q fluids and monitor your pets health and well being. I also have experience with birds, pocket pets and farm animals! I have a flexible work schedule and the earliest morning visits are no problem! Contact me to see if my services are a good fit for your pets needs. I treat every pet like my own! I understand their unique personalities and needs. It is my goal to make sure they are comfortable, happy and stress free, along with their owners!
