“Sara was amazing! I had another Rover in place for my trip over the holidays that fell through at the last minute. Sara answered my call for help immediately! (Not kidding — like within 5 minutes) I took Simon to the Vet a few days before I left to find he had an ear infection. Sara had no problem with needing to give him meds. She was a lifesaver. She’s bright and understanding and flexible, and she made sure Simon would get along with the other puppers in the house, introducing them slowly.
