I was told she would not live more than a couple of years, but with daily medication and lots of extra care, she lived to be 19 years old. NOTE: For animal sitting at your home, I will need the flexibility to tend to my own pets and my elderly mother at my home. They will be short visits and I can then return to your home. I also have experience with more challenging dogs like those who are rescued and have a knack for dogs feeling comfortable around me. Well my profile might look a little blank I have done house and pet sitting for years through Word of Mouth. I recently moved from out of state and created a Rover profile to gain more clients, as I am new to the state of Texas. I work early in the morning and I am off at 2, i have a couple days off during the week. So mid afternoon or evening walks/check ins with about 2 mornings a week is realistic for me I will make sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my stay. I will follow the owner's instructions and keep their home clean and secure. I will also take the pets for walks as needed and give them plenty of attention and companionship. I will be respectful of their home and make sure both the pets and the property are treated with care.

About: Hey there! My name is Gabby and live out in McGregor Tx. Just down the highway from Woodway. My daycare services are perfect for dogs that are not great in a large dog setting and need more personal one to one setting in which they can relax and enjoy their day away from their owners without all the pressure and stress of a multi dog play setting. I have a private backyard with access to long country walks and private walking trails. You can expect your dog to receive a lunch, walk, play time and tons of cuddles upon every stay. Boarders recieve Breakfast and Dinner (owner provided) as well as a snack. I offer regular dog walks and drop ins for the dogs unable to come over personally or who may not be the best in a group. Doggy walks will always be a minimum mile (unless specified otherwise by the owner) and Drop-ins will include poop cleanups, play time and light housework if desired. I can also offer some quick obedience lessons if desired which just includes the basic doggy mind push-ups, sit, down, stay, come repeated a few times. I use positive reinforcement with treats and verbal cues. Please let me know if your dog has any medical requirements, a special diet or any allergies. I'm able to administer any medications as needed. Also am able to do basic grooming (nails, bathing, genital area clean up, matts). As well as light housework (dishes, laundry, ect.) I'm currently a full time pet mama so my days are spent caring for my own little flock of animals. I currently have my own dog I've trained to be a successful hunting dog as well as fancy chickens that live in the coop in the back. I also have a wide variety of tanked pets including a Leopard Gecko, Texas Rat Snake, Hamster and Betta fish so exotic pet care is also something I can provide for any herp and aquarium owners out there thinking about how they could manage a vacation. I wake up around 5am everyday to walk my Terrier cross and let him stretch his legs first thing. We walk at least a mile before I come home and check on my Chickens, Leopard Gecko, Hamster and Snake. I feed and clean water dishes. Then go and clean the fish tank and use the water to water the garden.
