On my days off, I’m home and fully available for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. How I Care for Pets in My Home: In my home, dogs are treated like family. I live in a pet-friendly space with room to play and easy access to walking trails. My own Golden Retriever, Lexie, is gentle and social, so visiting pups have a built-in buddy if they’re comfortable with other dogs. I keep a consistent routine with feeding, potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. Safety always comes first — I make sure the environment is secure, supervise play, and follow any instructions you provide to keep your pup happy and comfortable. How I Care for Pets in a Client’s Home: When I’m in your home, I do my best to maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel secure. That includes feeding at the same times, daily walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any medications or special care instructions. I always respect your home and keep it as I found it, while giving your pets the attention and companionship they’re used to when you’re there. You’ll also get regular updates and photos so you know they’re in good hands.

About: I love dogs and would love to give them some comfort while they’re away from their owners. I can’t have my own dogs due to my partner being allergic and this is my way to get my pet fix. While working from home, it is fun to get some exercise and I would love to give your pet some activity at the same time! I have a safe and clean apartment in a complex that has dog friendly amenities. I live in a nice area that has parks nearby!

About: I love all dogs; none are beyond love. I have personal experience with dogs displaying aggressive behavior and have years of experience mitigating those effects as well as navigating day-to-day life with those issues. I'm currently working full time, but the bulk of my workday is early morning to late afternoon. My current schedule has a lot of openings during weekends and afternoons/evenings. I don't currently have a pet due to rental property rules, but at client homes I stay in the designated areas and make sure that the fur baby has lots of attention and love whenever I am present.

About: I’m a dog person! I love meeting new dogs and spending time with them. I’ve taken care of dogs off and on for 20 years (not including my own). I currently have a rat terrier mix - Roxie - who LOVES dog friends and is very playful. I’m a big walker and have experience with dogs on trails as well as in neighborhoods. I’d take care of your dog like my own. Most of my experience is for extended stay house-sitting for families with multiple dogs. I’m not able to have cats in my apartment, but love meeting cats in their own space and would be sure they were well loved and taken care of in your absence. I work from home full-time and have a very flexible schedule which allows me to be available most times of the day. I can work around complicated calendars! I have a fenced yard and a VERY friendly rat-terrier mix named Roxie. For house sitting, Roxie can come with me or stay behind, but she’s great with dogs off all sizes and I’m very careful when bringing her into another dog’s space.

She stopped by around the same time each day and was very reliable in feeding our cat, playing with him, changing his litter, topping off his water as needed, petting him, and making sure he had cat toys to keep him entertained (our cat loves mental stimulation!).
