About: I have experience caring for both my own pets and dogs for acquaintances. I have pet sat two German Shepherds, where I was responsible for feeding them, making sure they had fresh water, wiping them down before letting them in and also letting them out, and spending time playing with them outside. Caring for my own pets has also given me experience with daily feeding routines, cleaning up after them, providing exercise and attention, and making sure they are comfortable and well cared for. I enjoy being around animals and understand the importance of being dependable and following each pet’s routine and needs. Since I already care for animals daily, pet care fits naturally into my routine and I’m used to being consistent and responsible with their care. I currently work full-time from 8am to 6pm, so I make sure my pets are taken care of early in the morning before I leave, and they are the first ones I check on and spend time with when I get home. I’m also considering moving to part time so I can have more time available to dedicate to pet care, since spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. In my home, I care for my pets by keeping them on a consistent routine with feeding, fresh water, and daily playtime and attention. I also clean up after them, including litter boxes for my cats and anything needed for my dogs, and just make sure their space stays clean and comfortable. I pay attention to how they’re acting so I can tell if something seems off. In a client’s home, I follow whatever routine the pet is already used to. I stick to feeding and walking instructions, make sure they get attention and exercise, and try to keep them feeling as comfortable and stress free as possible in their own space. I also respect the home and keep everything clean while I’m there.

About: Hi, My name is Ellen and I've been a lifelong animal lover, a recent volunteer at animal shelters in California and Colorado, and have been raising dogs since I was a kid and cats since I was a young adult . My current family configuration consists of an energetic Australian shepherd mix and two cats, so I can relate to exactly how hectic some households can be! As a volunteer I've worked with a whole range of animals from tiny dogs to large dogs, shy dogs to highly energetic dogs. I'm looking to take my experience as a volunteer into the professional world. I will take the time to find out what you and your furry family members need in order to provide the best pet-sitting experience.

About: I own & sit for many years. I’m open to elderly pets. Animals are truly my passion! I understand that everyone needs a vacation from time to time and I’m here to secure the pet sitter option. I work part time so I have plenty of time for drop in and walks! Open to dogs & cats no matter how large or small. I have 3 German shepherds and they are complete opposites. I understand the need & wants from a dog that likes to sleep and occasionally pet and one that has enough energy to play sunrise and way past bedtime.

Emily communicated promptly and courteously when I reached out seeking a dog walking visit. She interacted very well with Marty during our meet and greet and came as scheduled for his walk while we were away from home for an extended time. Emily provided photos of Marty and put all items back as she found them. I am glad to have found her and would seek her out again in the future!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of personalized, compassionate care I give every pet. I treat every animal like my own—learning their routines, understanding their quirks, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. I have experience with puppy care, including crate training, potty training, reinforcing positive behaviors, and building healthy routines. I’m patient, consistent, and always use reward-based techniques to help pups feel confident and secure. I’m also comfortable with senior pets, including giving medications, supporting limited mobility, providing slow and gentle walks, and making sure they stay comfortable and stress-free. I keep pet parents updated with frequent photos and messages so you always know how your fur baby is doing. My goal is to give you total peace of mind and give your pet the same level of love and attention they get at home. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I build my schedule around the pets I’m responsible for. I start each day with morning check-ins, walks, feeding, and playtime. Throughout the day, I make sure pets get regular potty breaks, enrichment, and plenty of affection. When caring for pets in their own space, I do everything I can to keep their routine and environment consistent. I follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, playtime, medication, crate routines, and any special habits they have. I provide regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and your home is well cared for.
