“Look no further - Reid is the man! We had Reid dog sit our 2 relatively new to us bonded pair rescue dogs. The poochies had spent 2 months in a kennel waiting to be adopted, so we wanted in home care while we went away. Our flight schedules changed several times coming and going, and Reid was always available to accommodate those changes. The poochies were still adjusting to us and their new home, and were having some anxiety issues. Reid was so patient and really worked with them while we were away. When we arrived home it was obvious that they loved him and he loved them. I would not hesitate to have Reid house sit for us again, and already have plans to have him back for day visits when we are out for the day. 5 stars all the way!”

About: I’ve grown up in a home with dogs, and worked briefly in an animal shelter, caring for dogs from newborn puppies to seniors, responsible for their daily care and enrichment. My shifts are short consistent, allowing me to have a concrete schedule to work around to best meet the needs of all dogs and cats. About: Animals have been my life since before I could walk! I've cared for all sorts of animals in all life stages, and I've worked in pet retail, pet care, and more recently in beginner vet care! I do best with older dogs but I can handle puppies and seniors, and I can administer medications from pills to insulin injections! I have my own pets, so what's the harm in caring for a few more? Given proper advance notice, I will fit your furry friends into my schedule and make sure they get the best care possible! Going away and leaving your best friends behind can be scary and nerve-wracking! I prefer visiting your home when caring for your pets, as it's an environment your animal has already established as a safe place! As a fellow pet parent, I'm happy to say that I'm very much a helicopter pet-sitter. If I notice anything slightly off I will never hesitate to let you know! It's always better to be safe than sorry. I've dog sat for my friends and coworkers when they need someone to be with their babies for nights away or random drop ins to check on them. They’ll also have the companionship of my three friendly, well-socialized dogs if they enjoy being around other dogs. Throughout the day, your pet will receive plenty of exercise, potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, and affection. I follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions, so they feel comfortable, happy, and at home while you’re away.
