About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to sweet seniors. Ive dealt with multiple dogs at once, all with different personalities. From shy, energetic, to reactive. I have done everything from daily walks, to overnight stays for clients. Handling the different routines. Another plus is that I grew up fostering dogs, so I have experience with a lot of different breeds creating a very patient and observant demeanor. I am currently working part-time and looking for some extra work. My availability is pretty flexible as long as you are as well! I can either do stop by's for walks once a day, or a multiple day care schedule, with 2-4 hours of being out of the house. I'd love to chat and work something out! About: I have been taking care of friends and families pets since I was 16. Taking care of their animals while they are on vacation. I was responsive for feeding, walking, taking them out to use the bathroom, playing with them and caring for them while their parents were away. I’m a teacher. During the school year I’m available every day, but all day on Saturday's and Sunday's. In the summer time my availability is wide open! I live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of roads and paths for walking around to get plenty of exercise. We have an open basement for playing and a dog of our own they can have fun with!

About: I’ve always grown up and helped take care of family pets. I had mostly big dogs growing up. There’s no breeds that I’m really scared of or anything like that. I currently have two pets now one is a seven month Alaskan malamute and one is a one year-old domestic short hair. I only work two days a week and my job is pretty flexible so I’ll have really any time to be able to give your dog or cat all the love and attention that they need I will do what the pet parent says to do on guidance for the pet. I have had experience with kennel training lease training all of that if you have a fenced in yard, I’ll it’ll be better.

I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
