“Sara did an amazing job watching our pups, was an extremely reliable communicator, and went above and beyond while we were on vacation to make sure that our dogs were happy and well fed. While we were out of town Sara was able to drip our faucets so the pipes wouldn’t freeze and even offered to go check on the house before her shift was supposed to start. She kept us updated and we loved looking at the pictures she would send of our dogs while we were away. If I could give 10 stars I would!!”

About: I have owned and cared for dogs and cats for more than 20 years. I am comfortable with pets of all ages, administering medicine, and giving your pets extra love and attention while you are away. I’m currently retired so I have a flexible schedule. I am originally from Massachusetts and moved to San Antonio in 2022 to be near my children and grandkids. I am reliable, honest, and loving. I can care for your pets in your home and will follow any instructions given. I am happy to bring your pets to my home but only have a small yard so it may not be ideal for larger dogs.

About: I started sitting in 2019; however, was transferred to Houston almost as soon as I started, but I'm back and excited to begin again. I love all animals, but especially dogs. Your four legged family members will feel completely at home while in my care. They will get daily walks, play time, love, cuddles and they can sleep anywhere they would like. Plus, I have a large back yard where they can run and play. I have taken care of animals nearly my entire life plus I work from home, so generally I am home 24 hours/day. If you have any special needs or requirements let's discuss them, I am sure they can be accommodated. I work from home, so I am always available. I generally take my dog for a walk at lunch and after work and can easily add dogs into that routine, if they desire. I have a large, fenced yard and a friendly dog. It is a loving, caring home. I know the angst we feel as dog owners when we have to leave members of our families in new places, but rest assured, they will love it here and they are safe!

About: I am 22 years old and have had multiple dogs and cats my entire life! This means I have been learning how to take care of animals since I was a young child. I have experience with both puppies and kittens, as my family has had pets that had their own litters, and had the opportunity to help out with taking care of them. My childhood pets that live with my parents are also seniors now as well, and I have learned along the way how to properly care for our older pups/kitties and their specific needs. Aside from my experience with my pets personally, I also often did dog walking and pet sitting on Wag between 2019-2020, caring for dogs of various breeds. I absolutely adore spending time with animals of all kinds, and especially getting to know their unique personalities! 🥰 Currently, I am self employed and do Doordash and Uber Eats as my main income. This allows me to completely work based on my own schedule, so I am able to dedicate as much time as necessary to pet care! I currently live in an apartment with no yard, however there is plenty of walking space inside the complex and also a spacious dog park! If your dog enjoys the company of another animal, I also have a dachshund of my own who is very friendly. If your pet is not very social, I can completely accommodate that as well and keep them separate, as I will be home at all times.
