I’ve worked in both animal care and public service, and I’m great at reading behavior, building trust, and creating a safe, happy experience for pets and their people. I currently have two dogs of my own and know how important it is to find someone you can count on. Whether your pup is shy, high-energy, or somewhere in between, I’m here to help. Since I make my own hours, my schedule is extremely flexible. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine — whether that’s early mornings, midday walks, or evening cuddles. I don’t currently host pets in my home due to shared fencing and other resident dogs on the property. I’m happy to come to your home for drop-ins and walks - and I especially enjoy picking up pets for trail walks and little day trips when possible. Your dog gets fresh air, exercise, and a change of scenery, and I make sure they’re safe, happy, and returned home tired and content.

About: Dogs have always been part of my life, from Jack Russel Terriers to Great Danes. I also have volunteered at Circle of Change which is a dog program for veterans and at risk youth. I am a retired nurse that is home daily, that includes multiple walks daily for my own pet. In our small neighborhood our dog gets plenty of attention while walking due to multiple children in the neighborhood. I have the ability to crate dogs and have a large yard but unfortunately no fence but I do live in a small dog friendly neighborhood

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for around 3 years. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes, ones that shed and ones that don’t. I love hanging out and walking with them and loving on them. I am currently a full time college student at Lee University as an Elementary Education Major. I am currently a substitute teacher so my work schedule is made by me. I am unable to keep them in my own home due to me living with my parents and and they are allergic to dogs. Thankfully I am not allergic, I will make sure they are fed and have plenty of water, they are walked/let out as often as possible and play with them so they feel even more loved.

About: I have grown up with dogs of all kinds but specifically medium to larger dogs like labradors, huskies, and German shepherds. I have been dog sitting ever since I was 14. Family, friends, and others. I have experience in dog sitting, walking and running with them, feeding, and bathing them as well. I have helped take care of many puppies and senior dogs too! I am a college student so I am pretty much free anytime outside of class which is generally anytime before 9 and after 4. I have multiple breaks throughout the day though, so I can walk, feed, or just check in on the pups when needed. I usually just ask how my clients interact with their dogs and do the same. Like where the dogs are allowed to go in the house or outside of it, any command words that they use often, how often they need exercise, etc. I have a lot of experience with different dogs and different dog owners so it looks different depending on the household.

About: I am a huge dog lover. All dogs, No matter the size or breed. I have always had dogs I currently have three Labrador retrievers. I know what it’s like to have to leave them and it’s worth the peace of mind to know they are being well cared for. I will care for your pets the same way I do my own. I have a large house and a large yard. Although my dogs are on an invisible fence, safety is priority, therefore, when it some time to go outside, your dog will always be on a leash. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats and farm animals for the past 6 years for other people, and have had many animals of my own. I currently only work a few hours a week, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies any time of day! I take them out for potty breaks, feed, and play with according to their schedule throughout the day. On a leash, since I do not have a fence at my home.

About: Ive had animals my whole life, and ive always had wonderful doggy/kitty companions to come home to.. Senior, and puppies! Ive home trained quite a few dogs as my family works with The Chatsworth Humane Society, bringing home fosters all the time. Ive walked, trained, and even helped some dogs come out of their shell! Its one of my absolute favorite things to do. Im actively in online schooling, so any time of day/night can work for me! I do a lot of traveling for music, however that will be known at least a month in advance! I will always be up for pet sitting in any house, ive got a Black lab mix who is high in energy so it takes a lot for a puppy to wear me out! I don't crate first thing, it would be my last choice to use a crate whilst being with your baby! I will crate if asked to, however my main goal is so your companions needs are met and then some! I go for walks every hour, give or take depending on the needs of the animal(s).

About: I’ve not only trained my dogs in the past myself but I have also cared for older pets as well. I’m new to rover but I’ve cared for many pets in the past. I work Monday through Friday but I’m off on weekends. I’m able to watch your fur babies while your away on vacations and long trips. I can come stay with your pets while your out of town or just pop in for some quick care however many trips a day. And I’m always happy to take the fur babies on a walk.

I have experience with many different breeds of dogs from Daschounds to Pit Bulls, various sizes of dogs, and dogs with special needs. I love spending time with animals and this is a way that I can spend my free time doing what I enjoy. I am available everyday and weekends whether it be for a walk or for an overnight pet sitting or just me stopping by to feed them really quick and give them some love and pets. I do work during the day, but I do get a break midday. I am very interested in meeting and getting to know you and your dog. I am new to the area, and originally from the Chicagoland area, so I am looking to get some new clients. Let me know if you have any questions. When I am not at work I’m a homebody, so I’ll be home with your pet. I like reading and going on walks so we will stay pretty active. I try to follow my client’s schedule as much as possible. Except for work I’m home with the pet the rest of the time. I try to make it as stress free for the pet as possible. I do send pictures and updates daily.

About: I enjoy dogs. I have had boxers, pit bulls, beagles, and a Belgian Malinois. Can help with basic commands. I also help a close friend with her dogs. I am currently staying at home and plan to start an animal behavior program soon. Learning more about dogs and their behaviors is interesting to me! I don’t have a fenced yard but I don’t allow my dog outside unsupervised. For walks, we always go on lease. My driveway is long and my pup loves to walk and run!
