About: ***Pet First Aid and CPR Certified*** I have been taking care of other people's pets for many years now. I started just over 10 years ago in my home state of Illinois. Since then I have utilized it as a second job on and off over the years. However, I am in the process of starting up a business of my own, offering the highest quality of care for your pets, when YOU need it! I genuinely love working with animals every single day, so lucky for me, I love my job😉 Pet sitting means much more to me than a side gig or a second income; I take it very seriously. It is my full-time chosen career. I know how crucial it is to have someone local that you can trust and depend upon to take proper care of your animals if you’re unable to. Whether your dog needs a mid day walk while you’re at work, you have last minute responsibilities or prior engagements, or just because you need and deserve a break! Our pets are often viewed through our eyes as our children, covered head to toe in fur 🦁 So I aim to give the best possible care to your fur-babies when they and you need it the most! -Prior to moving to Arizona, I lived in Chicago where I worked as a full-time employee for a small, locally owned, thriving pet-sitting business. Each day I would have a schedule set for about 5-10 visits that were mainly mid-day dog walk visits. My routine consisted of greeting the doggies, pets and playing, going on walks to potty, and when it came time for visits to end, I would end each one as specified by the owners. I adore meeting a cat or two throughout my day as well! I am a cat lady at heart, so hanging with these furry felines really warms my heart. A typical visit would consist of feeding, grooming, and playing with cats. I have two cats of my own at home as well, so I am a pro and keeping the litter boxes cleaned on the daily. I have years of experience with overnight visits, caring for pets in the comfort of their own homes. I spent a lot of time training under professionals in this business learning the do's and don't's when it comes to nurturing different temperaments in animals, being attentive to health, age, medication administration, and proper training techniques. Most of all, how to keep calm in emergency situations. I am an animal lover to my core. My husband often jokes that I'd sacrifice him before I'd hurt an animal; he's slightly insulted by the thought, but I laugh because he isn't wrong! 🤭 I love it so much, it is what I do full-time! Any time of day, if I am not yet booked up with a client, I am available! I do my best to stick to your daily routine as closely as possible; I want your pet to enjoy the time their owner is away as if it were their own little vacation, so that YOU may do the same 😊

“have three dogs and one cat at home and I work full time. Kari has been helping me out for the past two years. She’s been a blessing and has become my fur babies favorite auntie! They seem to be worn out, happy, and soaking in the pets. Kari is available when I need her and my babies and I have come to truly appreciate her in our lives!”

Devin M.
“I knew for a while that Devin was considering getting a dog, but it was a surprise when he got Kaya just before Christmas. She was more or less abandoned by someone and dropped off where he works. Kaya was a difficult puppy to raise. She was a bit wild and did not grasp potty training very well. Devin managed to get through the difficult months, Kaya is now a very happy 2 year old who really loves her dad. It is clear that Devin truly loves animals and would make a great sitter. Kaya loves playing with other dogs and gets along with them very well.”

Renee And Len S.
“I have known Renee for over 40 years, and she has loved dogs for as long as I have known her. Her husband Len is also a responsible and loving dog owner. They both are retired and have a beautiful home and yard for pets to run around in. They love taking their own dogs on walks and on car rides. Anyone's pet would be lucky to stay in their home and will be treated to a loving atmosphere, where they feel like part of their family.”
