“My animals were instantly comfortable with Morgan, including my geriatric dog who tends to take time to warm up to new people. I’m so grateful for her wonderful service!”

“Tiziana did great with my cats! Awesome communication and care. She was fantastic at giving my elderly cat meds twice a day and being patient with my somewhat skidish cat. Highly recommend!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats for friends and neighbors for around three years now. My family has two cats and two dogs that I've helped care for and train since they were young. I also have experience with older animals and their needs since one of my dogs and one of my cats are twelve. I currently don't have any other summer employment, so my schedule is open. I am available mornings, afternoons and late evenings every day of the week and weekends, just not for overnight care. I can stop by throughout the day to feed, play with, and let out animals. I can also do short or long walks with dogs or even cats!

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life. I grew up on a farm and have always loved animals. My girls Piper, Ella and Shelby are my world. I love these dogs like they are children. They are spoiled I will admit. I also have taken care of my friends dogs for years while they have been out of town and my house as "Aunt Paige's Doggie Camp" All my dogs I have brought up from puppies. I have house trained them, crate trained them and trained them on the invisible fence for the yard. They always get lots of love and have lots of toys to play with, both inside and outside. I work from home, so I'm always here to take them out and take care of them. My dogs are always outside when it's not too hot or the weather is bad. I live on a quite street which ends in a cul-da-sak. So I will walk them at least 2 times a day The most important thing is they must get along with other dogs. I have a invisible fence in my yard and can certainly put your dog on it if they are trained on one. Otherwise I will go out with them and walk them. If they are well trained and can be lose a return on command they can play in the yard with my girls.

I offer drop in visits to my client's homes, including cat and dog care, walks, cleaning of litter boxes, medicating, feeding, and of course playtime!

About: Though I'm new to Rover, I've been pet-sitting for neighbors and friends for 10+ years! I've taken care of dogs, cats, llamas, goats, and more. I've lived my whole life with dogs and cats of all ages, so I'm familiar with puppy/kitten and senior care. I know how to give medications including oral, topical, and injectable. I love animals and I promise to give your pets the same love and compassionate care I give my own! I'm currently working part time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I may be able to accommodate some last-minute requests, especially for drop-ins or dog walking. I live in Greene County, but I commute to Harrisonburg when I'm working so I can potentially take bookings around that area as well. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot hold dates for a pending request indefinitely. If your intention is to book with me, please confirm the booking as soon as you can so I can update my availability accordingly both on Rover and with my other job. Prompt communication is greatly appreciated! I believe it's most ideal for your pet if they can stay in their home environment and keep to their usual routine while you're away. If your dog likes to visit a certain tree on all their walks, or your cat gets a treat at a specific time each day, let me know! Please also share any quirks, anxieties, medical problems, or anything else special about your pet so I can cater to their individual needs.

“You’re amazing! I’m a little jealous thought... I think they like you better! ? Thank you for taking such great care of them and going out of your way to keep them clean and safe. I was totally at piece once I saw the first pics.”

lindsey g.
“Lindsey is an incredible pet sitter, and I couldn’t recommend her more! I usually worry when having someone watch Stella because she’s high maintenance, but with Lindsey, that thought doesn’t even cross my mind. She takes such great care of my beagle, treating her like one of her own. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that Stella is in loving and capable hands when I’m away. Lindsey is reliable, attentive, and truly understands animals. I always come home to a happy pup, and that means everything to me. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet like family, Lindsey is the one!”

Julia H.
“Julia has dog sit for me multiple times. One particular time, she stayed with my dog for a whole week while I was on vacation. She provided exceptional care for my sweet pup. Every day I was gone she would send me pictures and give me updates on how he was doing. My dog gets excited every time he sees her and she makes sure to spend extra time petting him and playing with him outside of her required duties...walking, feeding, etc. I have seen her interact with my dog as well as other animals, and I can tell she genuinely has a love for animals, and animals have a love for her. I would trust her with my dog any day and know that she would go above and beyond. Julia is the first person I ask when I need help with my pup. She is an excellent communicator and is very flexible. I would recommend Julia in a heartbeat, she is wonderful!”
