About: Hello!! If you are looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, pet sitter, or house sitter… I am available in Indianapolis, IN or in the Danville, IN area! A little bit about me: I am currently a senior at Butler University on the cheerleading team. I am planning on taking a gap year, then attending law school. I would like to fill my gap year with caring for dogs and volunteering at the shelter! I have experience with small and large dogs, cats, some farm animals, rabbits, and various other small animals! I also have experience with walking and administering medicine as well! I previously showed rabbits in 4-H, and I personally have one large rescue dogs at home (Weimaraner mix). My soul dog, Kodie Australian Shepherd mix), passed away in October of 2024. I’ve volunteered at numerous animal shelters and I am currently on the exec board for Dawgs Serving Dogs (club that fundraises for local shelters) here at Butler University. Please let me know if you need references! I am currently a student, so my schedule is quite flexible! I will have a part-time job in the summer that I can work around to care for your pets. I love spending time with your pets! I would be happy to be active with your pet whether that is walking, jogging, or playing with toys. I also would love to hangout with a calm dog that would prefer snuggles!

“As usual, Allison was amazing with our pups. She went above and beyond looking after our girls and our house while we were away for two weeks. She is the absolute best!”

About: I have had about 10 years of experience with animals, whether a fish, a bird, cat or dog. I love dogs more than anything, I have basic knowledge when it comes to training puppies. I am even going to school to become a certified dog trainer. I am currently doing an online program for college, so it will be extremely easy for me to go to your home for your pet. I can even take your animal for walks, drives, and whatever else you'd like me to do. I have a really open schedule. I have chickens, dogs, and cats at home. I have always believed in using positive reinforcement when it comes to any kind of animal. I always have patience with mine and other peoples animals. I believe in treating animals with love and kindness like I would a person.

“Holli and Susan were great! They took good care of my animals and sent daily updates. I will book them again knowing that my animals are in good hands!”

About: Hi! I'm Cecilia - I've grown up with dogs my whole life and spending time with animals has always been one of my favorite things. I've been helping out with pet sitting for friends and family for over 10 years, and I truly just love being around animals. Whether it's going for a walk, giving belly rubs, or just hanging out and keeping them company, I'm happiest when I'm with furry friends. I'm reliable, caring, and always treat pets like they're my own. I've also spent a lot of time around cats, so I'm comfortable with them too. If you need someone who will show your pet love, attention, and a little extra fun during the day, I'd be happy to help! I work a 9-5 corporate job, however my schedule is flexible and I am able to take breaks during the day as needed to care for any pets! When I'm caring for your pet, their safety and comfort always come first. On walks, I stick to familiar routes or follow your preferences, and I always keep a close eye on their behavior and surroundings. During drop-in visits, I make sure they feel relaxed, get the care they need, and have a little fun too — whether that's playtime, cuddles, or just some calm company. I'll treat your home with the same respect I do your pets, and I'm always happy to send updates so you know how things are going.

“Thank you for taking such great care of our animals while we were away for the weekend!! Spooky was excited to see us when we got back, but wasn’t too excited so I know he must’ve had a great time in Brittany’s care. Thank you again!”

“Maddie was amazing! She stayed at our house to watch our two dogs, and they absolutely loved her. She was super nice, kept us updated with photos, and took great care of them. We came home to 2 very happy pups. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter— highly recommend & we will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting and house sitting for many years for family, friends, and neighbors. I have experience house sitting, pet sitting, dog walking, and lots of experience with cats. My most recent pet I had for nearly 9 years was a cat I found at the shelter- we became inseparable. I’ve spent the last year traveling the US in my self converted camper van, and I’ve felt that the lifestyle doesn’t suite having a pet at this time- so being able to step in and help others with their animal’s needs truly fills a void in my heart! My most memorable pet sitting gig was for a litter of 8 Dutch Shepherd puppies and their momma. I also have experience with senior pet care and enjoy taking pets out and about if the owners would like. I also clean houses on the side which has exposed me to many different kinds of animals in the home and its varying personalities, needs, and sensitivities. Please let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to being of service to you and your pet/home! 😌 I’m currently working part time cleaning Mondays & Tuesdays. I am available Wednesday through Sunday to do walks, check-ins, feedings/play, and house sitting. (If you feel like I’d be a good fit and you are needing a Mon or Tues- shoot me a message and I may be able to shift some things around!) I recognize what a large responsibility and privilege it is to step into someone else’s home and to care for their pets who have become their family. I treat each animal and home as if they were my own and try my very best to accommodate the specific needs of your pet whether it be crating, potty, medication schedules, anxiety, play time/favorite toys, etc.

About: I offer a peaceful, loving space where pets can relax, play, and feel safe. I understand how important trust is—I treat your pets like my own. My gentle approach, flexible care, and experience with both dogs and cats (including my own sweet ginger kitty) help animals settle in quickly and comfortably. I am currently searching for work (I am self employed at the moment) so I have plenty open space and time to cater to your fur baby. Safety is my top priority. I closely supervise all pets and follow their care instructions exactly: meals, meds, and routines included. My home is pet-proofed (no toxic plants or loose cords), and I never leave pets unattended outside.

Rachel B.
“I had a wonderful experience with Rachel who watch our two Boxers. Our girl CJ was an old lady who was prone to accidents and Tank who was easily 90lbs of energy. Rachel was communicative, responsible, and clearly experienced with large, active breeds. She took the time to get to know CJ and Tanks schedule and needs. The dogs were happy and well cared for. I don't think they missed me at all. It's not always easy to find someone who can confidently handle two big dogs, but she did it with ease and genuine affection. Even more recently, our Dutch Shepherd had a litter of puppies! Rachel helped watch the pups from when they were just a few days old until they were ready to go home. She handled them, made sure they nursed, mixed their gruel, took them through stimulation protocols, and didn't hesitate to clean up after their messes. Rachel has proven herself capable to take care of tough breeds (i.e., Dutchies and Boxers) at every stage of life from new born pups to senior dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter.”

Krysten M.
