About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. Dogs have been part of my life since I was seven years old, and over the years I've rescued animals, volunteered with pet organizations, and fostered Boston Terriers and Havanese dogs rescued from puppy mills. About: I’ve Took care and trained dogs and cats of all sorts since I was 11. I fed , bathed and walked them. Everybody relied on me to take care of their pets while they was at work or just away. About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. He has some separation anxiety and we’ve only had him 5 months so we were delighted to have found Haley to come and walk Boscoe and spend some time with him. Haley came prepared with questions for our meet and greet and was accommodating to our request to start a week earlier than we had originally requested. If it’s raining and he’s not feeling a walk she does enrichment activities with him. I love the recaps of their time together and the pictures she sends. Haley is very quick to respond to requests. About: Hi, I’m Jacob! My husband and I recently moved to Indianapolis from Fort Lauderdale to be closer to family, and I’m excited to start caring for pets in our new city. I’m the proud dad of two 4-year-old French Bulldogs, Aspen and Onyx. About: I’ve cared for pets since before I had a driver’s license, starting with walking which ultimately turned into overnight care. I love to see dogs and really all animals happy and well cared for. I love giving praise, talking to them sweetly, and showing them the attention they deserve. Walking, playtime, and even naps on the couch are great ways to bond with puppers. I am comfortable with administering oral and topical medications, changing diapers and bandages, and special diets. I can lift dogs up to 50 lbs. I am a full time nanny of over a decade with a lot of day time availability during the school year from August to May. Drop-in visits and walks would be a great way for me to see more doggos during the day and get more exercise :) With overnight stays, I provide house sitting services like mail & trash with lots of walks, playtime, and approved outings for your furry friends. I ask that I be able to work around my primary job but can still offer check ins every 3 hours for puppies and every 4-6 hours for adult dogs. About: I had a pincher mixed with chiwawa when I was a kid, and took good care of it for 10 years. Recently, I have helped my parents take care of a Springer Spaniel, a medium to large sized dog. This dog loved me, and I can't even explain why. I am currently without a steady job, so most of the time can make a considerable amount of time to walk a dog or take care of him during a short period of time, during the day. “Bowen was communicative and very reliable. My dog has behavioral issues (severe separation anxiety and reactivity) and I’m hesitant to send him off, but Bowen made me feel very comfortable. Bowen even provided me extensive information around how I could help his anxiety as we continue training. He was extremely happy and showed no signs of stress (he typically does) when he returned to me. I will definitely use Bowen again and would highly recommend!”
