About: I’ve taken care of animals for many years. Friends and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, play with and most of all, care about and for their animals. In my previous life, I managed a Doggy Daycare. I’m here for your pup(s) and/or cat(s) during the weekdays and weekends. I work from home part-time. Your pup/cat will have lots of TLC / belly rubs, playtime, walks and love. I also have my own pup that can keep yours company. I have a fenced in yard, lots of space inside and outside where pups can play and rest as needed. Bowls and toys available. :) **Tell me what your pup needs and it’s covered!

About: Growing up my family always had pets. I bought my first dog when I was 17 and have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds since then. I love the fur babies. They are not just pets. They are my babies!! I work as a full time school bus driver so I currently am only available on weekends after noon. My availability may increase in the summer time. I live in a quiet pet friendly neighborhood. My pets love it here. We have never had any issues or complaints so I can guarantee the same for your babies!

About: I have taken care of animals of all kinds for my whole life living on our 50 acre family farm. We have horses, pigs, cows, dogs, cats, reptiles and fish! I take care of all of them and provide them with a loving and enriched environment. I can’t wait to meet your best friends, or have them for a visit! Pet care is my greatest passion and second job at home. I spend my mornings out in the fields with my horses and cows pitching hay, mucking stalls, and cuddling in the grass. I spend my evenings snuggled up with my 3 hound dogs on couch or landscaping my reptile and fish tanks for fun. I am open to the needs of all pets as I know people do things in their own way. I will carefully follow the instructions left by the client.

Marcus was the absolute best with our dog! More than a dog walker, I can say Marcus was his pal!! Obe who is not a jumper/barker/howler, would go crazy when seeing Marcus pull up in his car! And always came back smiling and exhausted. Marcus was also prompt and flexible. He sent us pictures of their adventures every time. Hands down the best exercise friend for our wild guy Obe!

About: We always had a family dog growing up, so I’ve been training, bathing, feeding and walking for as long as I can remember! I’ve taken daytime and overnight care of newborn pups to elderly dogs, as well as many cats, mostly belonging to friends (and friends of friends), so I’m excited to join Rover and help your pet get the love and care they deserve! I am currently working a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of opportunity to find a time that works to take care of your pet! I have my own transportation and a flexible schedule, so I am perfectly comfortable popping by to take care of your pet. I don’t have any dependents, so if overnight stays are what you need, I am happy to do that too! I keep a tidy house and tidy pet :)

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Willards. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Willards. On Rover:

  • 94% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 100% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
