“My husband and I met Alisha in October for a meet and greet with Milo, our mixed yellow lab and golden retriever. The meeting was for an upcoming trip during the Christmas holidays. We instantly liked her, she was on time when she came, she was professional, she bonded right away with Milo. Soon after I booked a three day walk in November just to reconnect again with her. It was for a 30 minute walk and again she was on time and I love the fact that I get a text and a pic of the walk. Tomorrow will be the start of a 13 day house sitting and we feel confident about the whole thing knowing that Milo will not be neglected. We’re glad we came across her at Rover. About: I had been pet sitting regularly for clients in Bailey, CO for the past five years until we moved down to Mesquite, NV. They had an English and Bull Mastiff plus horses, goats and chickens. I take care of dogs for my friends who have recommended me to other clients over the course of the last fifteen years. I worked in a pet grooming salon for a few years and besides leaning the skills of grooming pets, I also learned to treat their owners with the same amount of care. About: Well I’ve had cats all my life but I do love dogs! I have done over night(s)! I love taking dogs for walks & to parks to run around and possibly play with other dogs I’ve helped with a friend of mine dogs while his other family members were off on a camping trip so I took them out for potty a few times a day, fed them, & played with them. About: I have been a pet caregiver since I was a very small girl. I have helped Mama's deliver babies when needed. I have even done mouth to mouth and chest compressions on new horns a few times when needed. I have a huge heart for pets and animals of all kinds. My family of pets are trained either to alert me to go potty, use a box or crate themselves. I am able to give medication as needed and bathe if needed. My children are PET TRAINED. I have 4 children, all pet trained and pet friendly. I do not have a large or fenced yard BUT I have an absolutely amazing park that abuts to my house so there is plenty of opportunity to run and play. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.
