About: I have a background in dog training and studied with Animal Behavioral College. I have experience working and caring for farm animals all the way down to puppies and kittens. We’ve been blessed to be able to bring family and friends dogs into our home for years when they have needed help and I’d love to do the same for you! I’m a stay at home mom, and I am home most of the time. I occasionally have to run out on errands, or for a kids sports practice or game but can make other arrangements to my schedule as needed to accommodate your furry family member. Maximum time left alone would be 2 hours. Our animals are part of our family; I know what it feels like to worry about who is going to love your pets when you need to be away, and the stress that can bring on. Let me help!! We live on 5 acres in Orting. Our property is not fenced but we will take many walks and I also have a large, wide open barn for off leash play if needed. I know that some dogs require their own space when being fed and I’d be happy to provide that as well. I am also very experienced in giving medication. I can accommodate dogs that have a hard time with stairs as we have a one story home with 2 bedrooms on our upper level, so everything they need is on our first story. We have 2 dogs of our own; Kona is our 12 year old Newfoundland and we also have a 4 year old Aussie doodle that loves be outdoors and both have very calm demeanors and get along with every dog they have ever been around. If they are uncomfortable, they will simply leave the situation, and have never engaged in a physical altercation. I have a background in dog training and I’m pleased to say that they are very well mannered. We have 3 sons (7,11,13) who are also very comfortable and appropriate with all dog sizes. I’d love to give you some comfort while your out of town by taking care of your fur baby like my own 🤍 I know first hand how hard it can be to leave them.
