About: I can't remember a time in my life I did not have my own pets. I have taken care of my own pets all of my life and am a lifelong animal caregiver. I have experience as a foster mom for an animal rescue as well and I enjoyed taking care of so many different babies and helping them find their forever homes. I have always had both cat and dog companions and have advocated and helped friends and family with their pets as well. I currently have a senior dog, a senior cat, who have both been with me for over 13 years, three cats who are two years old and a leopard gecko! I would love to meet you and help with your pet care needs! I'm currently available part-time, on Monday- Friday from 9:00 am- 1:30 pm. I would be happy to work around your schedule as much as possible! I have a fenced in yard and pets of my own. I understand each pet has their own personality and needs tailored to them. About: I'm a animal lover. Everyone seems to think I'm in the wrong profession. I been pet sitting for years for free for friends and family and I decided to apply to Rover to get paid for something I enjoy doing. I only work 3 days a week and every 3rd weekend. About: I’ve been caring for dogs most of my life, ever since I was first introduced to them at nine years old. I’ve spent the most time with American and European bloodline Great Danes — a breed I absolutely adore, though I love all dogs deeply. In 2022, I worked for a professional dog care business, where I was responsible for four European Great Danes daily — all in the same home. I walked each dog three times a day, fed them individually twice a day, and made sure they had plenty of playtime and enrichment outside of their crates. I also assisted with the birth of a litter of puppies, helping weigh them, check their temperatures, and feed them a blended diet as they grew. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
