About: I am the proud grandchild of a certified crazy pet lady. My grandmother had five cats and two dogs for most of my childhood, so I am well-versed in the patience and love it takes to care for your pets. I work part-time and am a full time student, but I have lots of availability on the weekends and during holidays to care for your pets. I also find myself out and about in the city all the time, so I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets while exploring new neighborhoods. I know that your space is your own (and your pet’s, of course) and I will be sure to treat it with the care and respect that I would my own.

About: I have taken care of my families dogs and cat ever since I was 13. I have plenty of experience feeding, walking, and bathing pets! I am currently a student and work a part time job, so I am mainly available early in the morning or later in the evening. I have more availability on weekends! I currently live on an on campus apartment, but have plenty of outdoor space to take pets out. I can crate your pet if that's your preference and will give your pet plenty of love!

About: I have always loved animals and been around them most of my life. I have taken a basic training course for dogs and previously owned them and currently own cats. I am well versed in giving oral medication to both dogs and cats. I love talking puppies of any age for a walk, long or short and know how to work on leash training. I've worked with senior dogs and know how to give meds. I would love to look after your sweet pet(s) when you are unable to. I work from home so I am able to work around your schedule to take care of your loved ones. I can do short distance travel as needed. I will follow all the clients directions on how they would like their pet cared for in their home. I am available for check-ins for any sort of animal you may have and dog walks. I love to spend time cuddling or giving scratches, playing fetch or chase, or just spending time so your fur baby isn't lonely.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life. With my childhood dog I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing the wildness of new pups as well as the medication/diapers/aftercare needed when they grow old. I’m a little newer to cats, but both of my mine have been raised from kittens. My oldest will be turning 3 this year! I will be taking classes and working part time in the afternoons. I think my schedule works well for Rover because I am free in the mornings (until 12:30pm), I can check in from 3-4 if needed, then I am free anytime after 5:30! My two cats are escape artists, so I have gotten pretty good at hiding the opening in the door when I enter a room! For me personally, this is always my biggest concern when having people watch over my animals, so I want you to know that I’m very spatially aware when it comes to animals.

“Jessica was great! She was so considerate of our first time using rover for dog walking and made sure we felt comfortable! Our pup was well taken care of in our absence”

About: I grew up on a farm and spent my summers living and caring for all types of animals from horses to chickens. I am working from home and looking to spend my lunch hour with animals and get some exercise walking neighborhood dogs! Ideally I would like to pet sit or dog walk during my lunch hour Monday - Friday but I am flexible as far as occasional weekend visits and different times of day. I care for every animal as my own and will spend time getting to know their individual personality. And my motto is to always leave someone’s home the same as or better than it was when I found it.

“I started using Maggie for weekly walks for my baby when I first moved here a couple years ago & she is the best. I normally get anxious when someone else is watching her but I don’t feel that way at all when she’s with her. Maggie is confident, knowledgeable, and accountable.”

“Chakra’s first week with Amber has been awesome. It’s been really great for him to have a midday pickup and walk. I can truly see a difference in his temperament.”

About: I have over 7 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities—from small breed seniors to high-energy breeds. Jinger (My own pup) is a 6-year-old Female Malinois-Lab mix, so I’m especially familiar with energetic dogs who need structure, attention, and enrichment to thrive. Over the years, I’ve cared for puppies, seniors, rescues, and dogs with unique needs—including leash reactivity, anxiety, and medical routines. The wonderful folks at Southside pet shop had taught me Animal Husbandry by the book (literally). During my time there I had taken care of a wide variety of pets in a professional setting. I comfortable caring cats, and exotic pets too- I am more than at home in a multi-pet household. I ALWAYS approach every pet with patience and empathy. I understand that every animal is different, so I change my care-style (never quality!) to match their needs—whether that’s a long walk, playtime, cuddles or medical needs. If you need drop-in visits, house sitting, or just someone to give your dog an afternoon potty break, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, understood, and loved. You can expect daily updates and plenty of photos, Rest assured! Pet sitting is my full-time profession and passion, alongside my work as a freelance artist. I have professional experience in animal husbandry; I’m able to provide attentive, reliable care. I enjoy doing both traditional and digital art; my favorite are pet portraits! If there is downtime while I am petsitting, I’m usually doing art! In both my own home and when caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the owners instructions, because I understand this routine is in place to keep them comfortable, and healthy. This includes using toys, treats and games to make their day rewarding and fun. Maintaining a clean environment is a top priority; food and water bowls are washed regularly and I always make sure each pet is fed according to their specified guidelines.

About: With seven years as a veterinary technician under my belt I am able to medicate and give injections or fluid treatments. Puppy training available as well! My goal is to make this my full time job over the next few months so I can leave the corporate world. I am able to do daily walks, vacation care and overnights in my home Fully fenced yard, beautiful in-home care set up. Safety precautions always followed as per your stipulations. I owned and operated a pet sitting business in Maryland for five years previously.

“Claire just starting walking my dog. He already loves her and for a dog that takes time to trust anyone, that says a lot. She sends updates of their walks and I trust her to take great care of him when I’m away.”

About: Over a decade of experience training and caring for dogs! I've been training and caring for dogs since high school. As a four year long project I bred and trained dogs as emotional support animals for student athletes with career ending injuries. I have experience with multiple breeds and a wide array of behavior and personality. Don't let an inferior pet sitter disrupt your companion's lifestyle! I am familiar with standard and specialized techniques for training, walking, and excersizing. I want to work with your dog's typical behavior and routine. I'm a professional with passion. I love animals; furry, feathered, scaled... I will take the care of your dog seriously and love every minute of it, so will your canine! Book today for energetic, enthusiastic and experienced service! I work full-time as an adoption coordinator; pets are my passion. Though I work an 8-hour day I can be with your pet(s) immediately before and after my shift. My days off rotate through the week from month to month but they are always consecutive. I can make accommodations in some cases and consolidate my breaks to make a mid-day drop-in for medications or potty breaks for senior and juvenile dogs. Safety is always a priority. I'm always cautious when entering and leaving a residence ensuring the property is secure and that no one escapes as I open doors. I've always been a big believer in leaving things better than I found it. I always wash and return any dishes I use and I often give the floors a sweep during my last visit, especially if you have a shedder.
