“We canceled with Connie because of change of plans but offered to pay for half the chargers, but she refused saying that she wouldn’t accept any money if she didn’t perform the services. We look forward to using Connie in the future. She was very easy to deal with and very kind. Sure, she would’ve taken really good care of Cody.”

“What a gift! Very organized and very knowledgeable. She eased my fears with her constant videos. Excellent communicator and responds almost immediately. You can immediately tell that she has been working with pets and pet owners for a while. My dog was scard at first...by day 2...her tail was wagging high in the air and I knew she was ok. When we got home...she was the same bubbly dog I knew. Highly recommend”

“All went well with having Gypsy’s stay with Sukari! I plan on using Sukari for more dog sitting in the future as she is very sweet, is concerned about my pet and attuned to my dog’s needs.”

“I usually send my dog to daycare to a different person and he goes there every Tuesday through Wednesday, sometimes Saturday if he needs extra energy out by running in the large backyard. But the regular daycare lady had to go on a trip to her family in Hawaii and I had no where to send my dog to. I couldn't let him stay at home for 8 hours while my husband and I work. I looked through rover and found Monica. My dog seem to have fun, had 3 walks with her. I usually get a lot of videos and pictures from daycare but this time with Monica, I got enough and felt assured that he's okay. Thank you for taking care of my dog.”

About: Hi, I’m Christine, a dedicated animal lover and your go-to local pet sitter! I am located close to Camelback, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Bushkill Falls and much more! Whether it’s a quick walk, overnight stay, or just giving your pet some company and care while you’re away — I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family. I also have 3 loving children who are very happy to see and give love to more fur animals.💗 I’m excited to offer personalized, loving, and reliable pet care services in East Stroudsburg, PA. You’ll get photo and video updates, so you never miss a moment while you're away! Pet care is something I naturally incorporate into my daily routine because I truly enjoy spending time with animals. I’m already used to planning my day around feeding times, walks, play sessions, and keeping pets comfortable and happy. Whether it’s mornings, afternoons, or evenings, I’m flexible and committed to making sure pets get the attention and care they need. I find that caring for animals fits well into my lifestyle and brings me a lot of joy and purpose. I live in a gated community, with alot of nature. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, loved, and part of the family. I keep things clean, calm, and comfortable, and always supervise interactions with my kids, who are gentle and love animals.

“Nina did an awesome job taking care of Duke. When I picked him up he was smiling, and then immediately fell a asleep in the car. He was a very happy puppy and I would definitely use Nina again in the future!”

About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.

About: Hello there! We're a dog-loving couple excited to meet your furry friends through Rover. Allow us to introduce ourselves: Names: Catherine and Dan Location: Franklin, NJ Availability: Flexible, as I work from home About Us: We have been lifelong dog enthusiasts and have had dogs as part of our family for as long as we can remember. Our shared love for dogs, big or small, is something that brings us immense joy and fulfillment. We strongly believe that dogs are an integral part of the family and deserve all the love, care, and attention they can get. We are fortunate to have a spacious backyard that provides plenty of room for dogs to explore, play, and stretch their legs. It's a safe and secure environment where they can freely roam around. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and dog-friendly space that promotes both comfort and fun. One of our favorite pastimes is hiking, and we often embark on exciting outdoor adventures. We love exploring nature trails, breathing in the fresh air, and taking in the beauty of our surroundings. There's a nearby park where we frequently visit for leisurely walks, providing ample opportunities for dogs to enjoy nature alongside us. Currently, we don't have any pets of our own. However, Rover allows us to share our love and care with dogs in our community, giving us the opportunity to provide them with a temporary home away from home. We enjoy the unique bonds we form with each dog we care for and find fulfillment in providing them with a safe and loving environment. Working from home gives me the advantage of being present for your furry companion throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule, ensuring that your dog receives the attention, companionship, and exercise they need. Whether it's playtime, belly rubs, or a leisurely walk, your dog will receive our undivided attention and care. During their stay with us, your dog will be treated as a cherished member of our family. We'll follow your instructions and routines closely to ensure they feel comfortable and secure. Whether they prefer playing fetch in the backyard, going on hikes, or simply relaxing indoors, we'll cater to their specific needs and preferences. We genuinely look forward to welcoming your furry friend into our home, where they will be showered with love, care, and endless belly rubs. Contact us today to schedule a meet and greet, and let's embark on a fantastic Rover experience together!

About: Megan and I are both retired, and our two sons live on their own now. Our last dog passed away in the past year after a good, long life. He was 12 years old, and we had him since he was a puppy. We know we want another dog at some point but aren't ready yet. In the meantime, we are happy to help other dog owners. Since we first married, we’ve always had at least one dog of our own. Our family even raised puppy Seeing Eye Dogs through a 4-H club. We adopted one that failed because he was too friendly. Gulliver is the funny guy in our pictures. We’re recently retired so someone is always home. We both wake up pretty early and can be flexible with routines to make your dog(s) comfortable. We do travel with our RV from time to time so if you see us as unavailable please try again later. We really love dogs. Our home is dog-safe, and it gets tested every time our sons come up with their dog. The yard isn't fenced in, so we would keep your dogs on a leash or cable to go out. The cable runs along a clothesline to let them move around the entire yard. Our dog used to love to run with the cable. We are very close to Promised Land State Park too, so we can go on some hikes while your dog stays with us. We are open to taking multiple dogs but only if they already live in the same home.

About: Your dog becomes part of my household, which already includes a Border Collie and Jack Russel. I would not crate any dog unless absolutely required for short periods. Therefore I need to meet the dogs before commitment to ensure they are friendly and fit in for a visit. I am running my own farm business and is at home almost all the time, taking care of animals is my day-to-day activity. I only take in 1 or 2 animals at a time and already spend a lot of time walking and playing with my own dogs, adding 1-2 additional is part of the daily activities. I have 2 dogs already, they are never crated (since initial house training). I would not expect to crate any visiting dog either, unless there are specific circumstances raised by owner or if dog is destructive in the house when running free. I am the only carer for visiting dogs. While there are other people in household, I will be the sole carer and only person signing up with Rover.

About: I’ve worked with so many animals, I’ve trained all 5 of my dogs. Worked with senior dogs and help grow and understanding with dogs in a way most people don’t know how. I am always available, all animals are my top priority. I will plan out my day accordingly to make sure their needs are fully met and they get the love they deserve when they are away from their owners. I take care of pets in my clients home, so they feel safe and comfortable. They are familiar with their surroundings. I work on there time but i stop by every hour or so to make sure things are okay.

About: I love taking care of animals. Animal energy is something I love having in my life. I have had dogs and cats since I was born. Now I have my very own Border Collie named Iris who I love with all my heart. I was always interested in animal care bathing walking cooking my own dog special food. I recently made the decision to leave my place of employment after 25 years. So now I can commit to animal care as much or as little as I can. I don't have a routine yet but hopefully I will establish one soon. I have done numerous overnights with up to 4 dogs. I ask the owners for a printed copy of each dogs habits, routine and exercise preferences. Also if the dog has any leash or food aggression.

About: I’ve had a few years experience taking care of family and friends pets, both cats and dogs. I have flexible availability and happy to help out with any last minute needs. I have volunteered at a local SPCA where I helped walk the dogs and take them out into the community. I also spent time bonding with the cats in the shelter to ensure they had time out of the crates. I have two cats and a dog and have cared for animals of all sizes. As a pet mom who has pets with special needs, I am happy to accommodate with dietary restrictions, etc. My pets are my family and I’ll treat yours just as such! ☺️ I have open flexibility with scheduling with my current job and open to doggie/cat stay overs, quick check ins, etc. I am open to same day availability I have a yard with a track outside the home so doggies can get their long walks in. I always keep them leashed to ensure safety of all animals as this is a rural area with lots of wildlife. Regarding cats, I check the litter multiple times a day to keep it clean and help the cats use it on a regular basis. Food and water is also checked throughout the day for our free eaters. I can accommodate all needs when communicated!

“I would highly recommend Pam as a dog sitter. She is not only reliable and trustworthy but she will give your pet all the attention and love you would give them yourself. From walks to playtime, treats and snuggles, Pam will share pictures with you while you're gone and treat your pet like it's her own. Our dog hated the kennel so we stopped going away until we found Pam. Our dog adores her and I seriously feel like she misses Pam when we get home....she sits by the door waiting for Pam to come back!”

She alway keeps me updated and sends me photos making me feel more comfortable when I’m away. She’s just absolutely amazing!!”
