“We are so happy with Kimberley’s care of our cats while we were away. She built trust quickly with our cats, administered medicine and we knew our cats were in good hands. We will definitely book her again!”

“Patti has just finished watching our two cats for an extended period of time. Every time she finished her visit, we received the most precious pictures of our cats! It made us feel so much better!! Our cats took to her from day one and our cats are usually shy around new people! She is so kind and caring with them!! We call her our cat whisperer!!!!”

About: As a lifelong dog lover and proud "dog dad" to my two energetic black Labradors, I understand the importance of finding a caring, trustworthy sitter for your furry family members. Dogs aren't just pets - they're loyal companions who deserve the same love and attention we give our human friends and relatives. With me as your dog's sitter or walker, you can have complete peace of mind knowing they'll receive the highest level of care and affection. I'll treat your pup like one of my own, providing plenty of exercise, playtime, and belly rubs! Whether it's a long hike, a trip to the dog park, or just snuggling on the couch, I'll make sure your dog's needs are met and their tail is wagging. As an experienced dog owner, I understand each dog's unique personality quirks and will tailor my care accordingly. Anxious dogs will get extra cuddles, high-energy dogs can run until their legs are tired, and every dog will be showered with praise and positive reinforcement. I'm also well-versed in dog body language to prevent issues before they start. Your dog's happiness and safety are my top priorities. I'll send you regular updates and photos so you can see your pup is in great hands (and probably having more fun than you!). I'm available for daily walks, overnight stays, and even last-minute bookings for those unexpected late nights at the office. Let me be your dog's second best friend! I can't wait to meet your furry pal and welcome them into my pack. Book today for tail-wagging good times. I work mostly from home and flexible as per your needs. Friday and Weekends are always available. We can always discuss schedule for other days. I have a fenced yard and two black labs to keep your fur baby company. Also have crates and dog beds available if needed :-)
“Jamie has taken care of my 2 cats multiple times now and always does a great job! Whether it’s extras like making sure Cat TV is on for them, feeding, treats and playtime, the cats are always happy and well taken care of when I come back from trips :)”

About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs most of my life and really enjoy connecting with each pet’s unique personality. Caring for my senior dog Benji during his later years taught me a lot about patience and paying attention to the little things that make a big difference in their comfort and happiness. I’m gentle and patient with shy or nervous pets and enjoy creating calm, low-stress environments. But I’m also happy to play and engage with energetic pets to help them burn off energy and feel satisfied by the end of our visit. I’m comfortable administering medications and always treat pets and their homes with respect and care. I work full time during the week, so most of my availability is in the early mornings (6-9 am), evenings (after 5:30 pm), and weekends. There can be some flexibility there if we work it out ahead of time :) I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine as much as possible, and I make sure they still get plenty of attention and care during the times I’m with them. If your pet needs a consistent schedule, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate. When I visit your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable by following their routine closely, keeping their space clean, and paying attention to anything that might seem off. I always double check that doors and windows are secure before I leave. I know it’s a big deal to trust someone with your pet and your home, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing while you’re away.
“I would leave more stars if I could! Lily did a FANTASTIC job caring for my 2 cats while I was away. My cats eat only wet food, several times a day, so automatic feeders had to be set up daily. Lily did a great job following the instructions on how to feed them and it was nice returning from a long weekend away to a clean home- clean cat bowls, clean litter box, clean eating area, etc! I cannot thank Lily enough and I will be hiring her again soon!”

“Lauren was absolutely wonderful and took such great care of my cat while I was away on vacation. She sent me updates and pictures every visit and was so patient with my shy kitty who spent her first few visits hiding. They ultimately became best buds which made me feel so much better about being away. I would definitely recommend Lauren and would definitely have her again!”

About: My whole life I was surrounded by animals. Even now with my partner having many large energetic dogs, and even having dozens of puppies at one point. I was trusted to take care of their fur babies by staying over night by friends, family, and neighbors. I even have knowledge of taking care of seniors, as my own dog couldn’t walk very well and had bathroom issues. But we made it work with stroller walks and diapers. I am currently a student at brookdale until may 12th then i will be full time at target in Middletown. it is mainly 8 hour shifts and i know that is a long time away from your pups but i will spent the time i am with them to the full extent! I am usually available most of the day and night, but I would like a heads up if you need some pets watched. Even though I don’t offer services in my own home, I do treat your house if I were taking care of mine. I’ll do my best to keep your house tidy and mess free for a stress free arrival.
About: Hi ☺️ my name is Dennisse and I have lots of experience taking care of pets, including my 11 year old cat Flame and my 10 year old Labrador mix Muff! I love all animals and promise to give them tons of love during my visits and walks! One of my favorite parts of the day is walking my dog Muff because we both get some much needed exercise and we walk a different route everyday because you know walking the same route and smelling the same things everyday can be boring so I gotta mix it up to keep him entertained. I want to spread the love and care to other pets so here I am creating a Rover profile because my boyfriend said I can’t have any more pets 😅. Thank you for reading and I hope you have a fantastic day! I work from home three times a week and my fiancé is home the other two so there is always someone here to watch the fur babies. I usually take my dog for a long walk once a day and we play in the yard as well. I like to maintain the pet’s routine as much as possible because that reduces anxiety and allows the pet to trust me and feel happy. I like to play with cats and dogs and take dogs out for walks or do a scavenger hunt in the backyard to tire them out so they can sleep peacefully at night.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Wickatunk
Ella was amazing with my pup! Ella does check in’s for me while I’m at work and my dog is not the easiest to handle sometimes. She is scared of everything and does not cooperate with new people without me around but Ella was so patient and got my dog to love and trust her quickly! By the third day my dog was running around the yard with her and eating all her food. When I go to the office I know my dog is in good hands and I don’t have to worry. Ella is a great dog sitter and truly cares for the dogs she is watching.

We couldn’t be more grateful for Lisa! She is kind, reliable, caring, and truly treats our dog like her own. We appreciate all of her help more than words can say and feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. Thank you for everything you do!

Jamie watched our 2 Himalayan cats and when we got home everything was just perfect. They were happy babies, which proved their routine continued uninterrupted. We loved getting all the pictures of them while we traveled! I look forward having her when our next travel happens!

Maria is outstanding and truly goes above and beyond. She is reliable, caring, and clearly takes great pride in what she does. She will definitely be my go-to person whenever we need someone to watch our dog. I would highly recommend Maria and her services to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pet.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
