“Caitlin and Christopher were so great to our sweet boy Hank. Caitlin made sure to keep us updated on our boy. I will definitely be using them again! I recommend them!”
“Our Winston loved his time with Kent and his family. He was treated like one of the family. Several updated to keep us from worrying about our boy also. Highly recommend!!”

“Andrew and his family took care of our three dogs for a ~10-day period. They were very friendly when we met them to see if our dogs would get along, and took care of them well during the stay. They have three dogs of their own and all six dogs got along just fine. There's a lot of land at Andrew's place (it's a rural setting, with over an acre of fenced-in land I think) and the dogs can run freely. There's even a pool if they want to swim! We had to change our return date twice due to circumstances outside our control, and each time Andrew updated the booking accordingly. Recommended!! I'd highly recommend them if you want your dogs”

“I can't say enough good things about Ariel. When my other sitter on Rover cancelled the same day, I scrambled to find someone that would be willing to keep her with only a two hour notice. Ariel said she would be happy to watch her and she provided amazing loving care. My puppy looked so happy and Ariel took many pictures and shared it with me. I'm so grateful to have found her and will only be booking with her in the future.”

“Kimberly was awesome! She kept me up to date on Paisleys progress, sent pictures, even had a meet and greet before to make sure Paisley felt comfortable! I00% recommend”

“They were the absolute best! I could not be happier that I chose them to look after my 5 month puppy, Nero. They are a great, friendly couple who kept me updated with photos and shared fun moments they had with Nero. From the moment I met them, I knew that Nero was going to be in good hands and felt very comfortable leaving him. They will always be my first choice whenever I need to board Nero.”

“Nataly was great with communication and professional and personable. This was our first time using a sitter and she made the process great and provided updates with pictures. We will definitely be returning!”

“Kathryn was great! First time booking with a Rover and it was a great experience! Willy was well loved and returned home exhausted from all of his fun playtime.”

“Amazing! She and her family did an incredible job taking care of our girl. She communicated very well and her and her family loved on our Myla like she was their own! We recommend them ! A very kind, respectful family! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! They were absolutely the best !”

“Salene was amazing! I requested her to board my dog in March 2025 and she responded quickly! She asked questions and put me at ease. Drop off was easy and she sent me videos and photos of my dog Dash throughout his stay. My dog got along with her dog Teddy and I could tell he was comfortable in her home. I would highly recommend her as a sitter!”

About: I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to provide a calm, safe, and loving home where pets feel comfortable and owners have complete peace of mind while they’re away. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and routine, so I take the time to learn their preferences, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medications or special instructions. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy who needs patience and consistency, an adult who loves playtime and walks, or a senior who needs a slower pace and extra care, I’ll make sure they receive personalized attention. My home offers a comfortable, family-style environment rather than a kennel experience, with plenty of affection, supervised play, and opportunities to relax. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. My focus is simple: making sure your pet feels safe, happy, loved, and excited to come back for their next stay. Pet care is naturally part of my daily routine, and I schedule my days to ensure every pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I enjoy spending time at home, so dogs are rarely left alone for extended periods. Throughout the day, I provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of affection. I also believe consistency is important, so I do my best to follow each pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys active play or prefers quiet cuddle time, I’ll make sure they receive the individualized care they deserve. Caring for pets isn’t just something I do—it’s something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every stay as an opportunity to give them a safe, happy, and loving home away from home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In my home, I provide a clean, calm, and welcoming environment where pets can relax and feel at ease. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medications or special instructions so I can provide care that’s as consistent as possible with what they’re used to. I supervise pets during playtime, monitor their behavior to help ensure they’re comfortable, and give them plenty of love and attention throughout the day. Fresh water is always available, and I keep pet areas clean and secure. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll respect both your home and your pet’s routine by following your instructions carefully, maintaining their schedule, and providing updates with photos and messages so you can feel confident they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away.
“Kelli is wonderful with Buttercup and to deal with, she's flexible with scheduling and sent me regular video/pic updates. Buttercup doesn't like to be away from me as she is very attached to me and has separation anxiety,(so do I!) but Kelli is very understanding and engages with her, encouraging socialization with other doggies in her care and kept us updated which was very reassuring to me. She always meets us when we drive to drop off or pickup. Great service!”

“My Oliver loved his stay with Whitney and we would most definitely use her services again. She sent me pictures and kept me updated on how he was doing throughout his stay. She even taught him how to use the doggy door. =)”
“Eryn is such a sweet soul! She was very attentive to my dog's wants, likes, and needs. I can be an OCD pet parent, and she made us both feel comfortable. She is great at communicating and sending updates. We will definitely be repeat customers.”

“Kristine was simply amazing! She was able to pick/drop off our baby and was very sweet! She also sent us photos and kept let us know how she was doing Highly recommend her.”

“This was the first time we left our pup with someone outside of the family. Silvana was very thoughtful with my dog and kept us posted daily with updates and photos really helping us put our mind at ease while we were away. She went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable in her home, like letting him sleep in her bedroom since he has separation anxiety.”

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Whitesboro home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Whitesboro.

Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
