About: I have 10 years of experience taking care of pets. Have taken care of puppies to senior dogs so your pet will be in good hand also have a vet down the road from the house I work full time during the week but have the weekends available to give your pet attention that they need also can board through the week I have one dog and a fence in yard which is .5 an acre so plenty of room to run around and play plenty of toys also

About: I have been trained as a vet technician and animal care by the military. I have taken care of animals since childhood, and I believe all animals are part of the family I currently working on my own homestead, and I maintain our family animals and needs on a daily basis. Some may say that they are part of my daily chores, but I do not consider my babies as choirs. I have a fenced in yard. The yard is segmented for separation and safety. I have loving dogs, cats, goats, and chickens. They are able to be in the same areas together with no issues, but my farm is segmented for privacy amongst the animals as well. I feel everyone has their way of loving their babies, and the baby deserves consistency in their normal routines. I find this is most important when missing their human.

From puppies and kittens to the most elder of the two, I cherish all stages of their development and love the joy that each unique individual personality of each pet brings to our world. I'm currently working part time, and on the days that I do work, I work remotely, so I will have plenty of time to dedicate to the care of your pet. I have a beautiful large yard at the end of a cul-de-sac that is full of trees. We live in a very nice neighborhood that is perfect for walking dogs also. We have two indoor cats that get along beautifully and are adaptable to other animals. We have a very clean home and are non-smokers.

About: I have been employed at an animal hospitals for 25 years and have pet sat for cats, dogs, rabbits, horses and birds over the years. I am trustworthy and reliable I am currently working full-time at an animal hospital 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. I can come in the morning midday at lunchtime or after work if you’re in the area, I can also stay overnight at your home if you prefer. I do have a home with 6 acres however I do not have a fenced yard so I prefer to care for pets in your home. They are often less stress when they are at home in their own environment and seem much happier at their own home.

About: To me, animals are the most innocent companions we have. They deserve to feel safe, understood, and loved. While I’m not a vet, I bring a deep sense of empathy and a lifelong passion for animals to every interaction. Whether it’s giving meds to a senior dog, helping a disabled pet navigate their day, or handling exotic pets with confidence, I bring calm energy and a strong sense of responsibility to every pet I care for. I work 6:30am - 3pm in Lake City, Monday-Friday. So I can do one Lake City trip and one trip in Jasper or Live Oak Monday - Friday. I am free more on the weekends so I can do at least two drop ins on the weekends if needed. I do not care for pets in my own home. But I am trustworthy and believe that an animal should be left in the environment that they are most familiar with. Removing them from their environment to a strangers will cause too much stress so I am not an advocate of bringing animals to my house. As far as my routine, once I get a new client, I will want to meet the new client and their fur child before they leave for their designated trip. It’s SO IMPORTANT they see me interact with their owner and know that I’m not a threat especially in their own environment. This creates trust and builds a bond between myself and the animal. (Cats can be territorial too! I’ve seen them attack intruders. Don’t underestimate them.) Keeping to routine and treats go a long way are my two general rule of thumb. Animals aren’t human and they don’t like a lot of change so continuing the same routine as their owner is important as fat meal times or cleaning out litter boxes. Not to mention giving them treats after every visit lets them be excited for you to come AND leave.

About: My entire life has always revolved around my pets and sharing the love with other animals always brings me joy. I have raised my own animals and cared for many strays. I am currently between jobs so I have a open schedule and I am very flexible. I live in High Springs and I am willing to commute up to an hour away! The pets I care for always will get plenty of play time during visits. All pets will be thoroughly watched over and made sure are safe and happy! About: Growing up on a homestead, I’ve got experience with animals of all shapes and sizes. I’ve been pet and housesitting for nearly 10 years, and I get great enjoyment out of it. I suffer from a hidden chronic illness called CVS, that flares up suddenly and severely and may be cause for cancellations. Check out Peace of Mind with Leah on Facebook I work as a full time dog walker. My days are booked from 7am-4pm on weekdays and 7:30-10:30am, 3:30-6:30pm. It is imperative to my health: to walk and spend time outside. I get great satisfaction from ensuring animals are comfortable and happy. Coming to your home allows your pets to stay in their comfort zone, no unnecessary anxiety from traveling or boarding. Daily visits and walks are sometimes enough, although I like to be introduced to them in person with you to keep them most comfortable. I have housekeeping experience, and may offer that too while I’m there for a tip!
