Shawna had me bring my dog about a week before to see if the vibe fit and the love was undeniable. Her and her husband welcomed my dog Phoebe with open arms and I instantly felt comfortable. I had some anxiety before my trip and she went above and beyond to ease my mind. I got daily check ins and photos and videos of my dog. My dog is very high maintenance and can’t be around any other pets which was a perfect fit to stay at her house. I cannot recommend Shawna enough I would trust her to watch any pet. “Lena was very gracious to meet & greet with us on short notice. Her home is 100% set up for the comfort & safety of the pups! I could see from the video & pictures that Lena sent me that Leda was very comfortable during her stay. Our flight was cancelled an hour before boarding so we were unable to travel and returned to get Leda that same day. I was prepared to pay Lena for the entire weekend, but she graciously insisted that I should only pay her for that one day since we had such long day at the Atlanta airport and unable to take our weekend trip. I will definitely be using Lena for our sitter again.”

“I have small dogs and they do NOT do well when boarded. I met Piper and her family and couldn't believe how they embraced my girls as if they were theirs. My littlest one's (4# poodle) feet never touched the ground the whole time we were gone. Every picture had her in someone's arms or lap. My other girl (10# Shih Tzu) who is afraid of everything and every one, warmed up to Piper and really strutted her stuff on the mile walks everyday! I can't say enough good things about Piper and her family. She made me feel as if a friend was caring for my girls. I don't know why we didn't do this sooner. If Piper is willing to take on my girls again, we will definitely be calling her! ”

About: I have been around all kinds of animals my entire life, especially dogs. I have been around all ages of dogs and currently have two Australian Shepherd border collie mixes. I worked for two years at a dog daycare, boarding and training facility. Although I am not a dog trainer, I did work with a couple of dogs with the trainers as helpers. I have worked with all kinds of dogs, aggressive dogs, particular dogs, scared dogs and can confidently say I up for a challenge. I am also a mom so nothing can gross me out! If you were looking to do anything at my house, I do have like I said two of my own dogs as well as a daughter under a year old I accept only one- two dogs at a time for my house, but my dogs are super friendly and I actually used them as introduction dogs at the daycare I worked at. Our front yard is not fenced in, but I do have a fenced in pen where I let them do the majority of their bathroom breaks and then I take them on walks through throughout the property. I am currently working part-time because I am a Mom and can only work on the weekends maybe occasionally during the week. My goal is to create a tight schedule that way we have no conflicts. Depending on your dog and the training that you guys have in place, I can help Help with a number of things. If we need to work on keeping them in the crate or keeping them out of the crate, or doing leash walks. I can do little drop in daycare sessions where we play outside. It really depends on what your dog needs, and what the limitations there are.

About: I have had pets for most of my life. Friends and family have trusted me with their furry loved ones for the past twenty years of my life. I have helped train many of them. From rabbits, to cats, birds and dogs I have owned and taken care of through the years I have found that I love and enjoy them all the same. I feel intuitive to their needs and feelings and though my husband and I travel often so we don’t feel it fare to have pets right now we can’t wait to have them again someday. In the mean time I would love to help care for yours while you are traveling or needing to work long hours. I am currently working part time and will have plenty of time to be with and care for your animals as much as they need! My husband and I love being at home in the evenings and cooking dinner together as well as going for walks so your pet will have lots of company and fun. We have a pretty big yard with a portion of it fenced in. We also have a neighborhood behind us to take your dog on longer walks throughout the day if they like more exercise. I will try to the best of my ability to give your pet the same schedule, love and care they receive at home from you. If they need to be crated in the evenings or when we are not at home that is perfectly okay. We have facilities on site to keep them indoors and out of the weather.
