About: I’ve been taking care of animals since the beginning of my middle school years. I got my first puppy when I was 11, and was able to do many months of research to make sure my puppy was able to get the proper training to learn the necessary commands and some tricks. I’ve learned patience and consistency not inly with but my other animals as well. As a part-time worker, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. Daily, I am already engaging in walks, and having a pet companion can make it much more exciting! I prefer to keep dogs within their own environments in order to bring them the most comfort as possible. By being in their own home routines can be enforced within the comfort of their own homes

About: I have volunteered for many years at animal shelters and I am also an activity tech at a pet resort and interact with all types of dogs and have been there for 10 years I am working part time only and love to play with and walk dogs . I walk my dog several times a day and I am very in tune to his needs I have a fenced in yard and have large rooms which a dog could stay in if needed to be separated and would have no problem crating if necessary. My dog is extremely social and loves other dogs but I would separate when not home just to be cautious

About: I’ve had dogs for my entire life, usually they are even bigger than me (which is great for cuddles). From that, I’ve gained experience all the way from puppy to senior (including medications and insulin) many times. I understand that puppy needs to go every hour… or else. I get that your old friend needs a hype man to do that step to get back inside. Most of all, I know that no matter the age they could use a good belly scratch. As for cats, my parents have a bird so there were never cats in our house (which only made my obsession with them grow); however, my grandmother has always had cats and I’ve done more than my fair share of litter box cleaning, feeding, bringing back inside after an escape, and also insulin. I started doing more independent care around 4 years ago when my old job brought in 2 puppies (one of which I now own). Who needs that 15 minute break when I can just go take them outside for 5 minutes every hour? I have a 50 gal tank with 4 hermit crabs, animals with extremely specific care, I wouldn’t say hard, but the directions I leave behind when I go away must be followed to a tee. I understand that your routine and ways of doing things, no matter how particular, are for your pets best interest every time. You know what’s best and your directions are there for a reason, full stop. Currently working part time, my longer shifts are only around 4 hours which gives me plenty of time for your fur-baby! I would do my best to accommodate that schedule for puppies, the further out you let me know the better. In your home things will be done your way. Leave me directions and rest assured that it will be taken to heart. I think communication is important so a daily update on my end with a photo of your pet only feels right. I’ve always been of the impression that you should leave things cleaner than you found it. I’m not above caring for fish or reptiles that you may have, as long as specific directions are provided. I have VERY much experience with plants too if that’s something you may need.

About: My name is Britney and I'm 35 yrs old. I was a traveling sitter for over two years and loved every moment of it. I also used to work at a doggie daycare and boarding facility for 5 years. I'm currently the proud human of 5 shih tzu's, 2 corgis, and my "old man" terrier mix. All are dog and human friendly amd love to play (except the old man). Throughout my life I've owned a variety of different pets including dogs, birds, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, tortoises, and a variety of farm animals including goats, pigs, chickens, and ducks. I love working with all animals and am very excited to meet new pets. I have quite a bit of experience working with animals and am comfortable giving medications if needed. There will be plenty of play time and leashed potty breaks for your pup. I look forward to meeting your fur babies! Thank you! I have a full time job now, I work overnights so I'm only away at night during the weekdays and my partner works from home so someone is home all day. The dogs we take care of have their own area to sleep in at night and have free access to the living spaces in our 3 story home, it's vary spacious and perfect for doggie stays.

About: I have always taken care of multiple dogs at a time every since I was a young kid. I am always reliable for the job. I work part-time so I am able to do pet care before and after work and on my days off. My part-time job is Monday through Thursday. I am always playing fetch, walking my dogs, and giving treats. About: Along with having 3 English bulldogs of my own, I’ve cared for other people’s pets for over 10 years. I’m comfortable with any breed and type, from large to small! Work full time during the week. Can provide care before and after work. Pets will need to be alone for 8 hours. My goal is to make their time away from you as much like if you were there.

About: I've been a dog owner most of my life. Friends & family often rely on me to feed, walk & play with their fur babies. I'm retired so I have plenty of time to devote to the wellbeing of your pet. There is always time for belly rubs & ear scratches. I have a dog friendly house - lounging on the couch is okay and sleeping in my bed is encouraged. Snuggle bunnies are welcome here. Your pet will have full run of the house - I don't use crates unless a crate is part of your pets usual routine. I have a large yard that is NOT fenced. All boarders will have to be walked on a leash. It is important that all pets are leash trained.

About: I started my career working with dogs at 18 doing dog walking and pet sitting. I did this for a number of years before I directed my attention to working in daycare and boarding facilities. About 9 years ago I moved to Pittsburgh. I began getting myself out there and working in a few local facilities before finding the one I felt fit me best. Here I worked my self into a general manager role. I have over 5 years experience managing dog care facilities, and have extensive experience in animal husbandry, the “Fear Free” approach, as well as general grooming, medicinal, and other needs. After years working in facility and having kids, I have directed my attention to working from home to spend more time with my kids and own dogs. I have four beagles who are very friendly and love to play, and I also have a dog park very close to my home! I am a foster for Nittany Beagle Rescue and have foster three dogs so far! I am currently not working and have a fairly open schedule. I own 4 beagles of my own, who are extremely friendly and love to play with others.. Although I do not have a fenced yard, I walk all my dogs on leashes. I also have a dog park located right down the street and a car suitable for pets complete with a seatbelt if needed!
