About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up with family pets and caring for my own dogs over the years has given me a lifelong appreciation for the special bond we share with our animals. I've also responsibly cared for other people's pets, both during the day and overnight, including dogs, cats, and even birds! Although I don't currently have pets of my own, that's actually one of the reasons I'm excited to join Rover. About: I've rescued several wild animals over the years as well as volunteered for the Peninsula ASPCA. I have 5 pets at home as well I think the world of and each are highly unique and need different attention. I've had pets my whole life and have always had Siberian Huskies. I cannot imagine a home without a furry friend and believe they always deserve my 100% because they are the best parts of what makes a house feel livable for me. Learning body language and specific sounds since I was just learning to walk that its my second nature. My best friend having guinea pigs for years too, I've learned how to even care for smaller exotic pets I do the cat pan and brush my pets and make sure their water fountain in clean and running with the filters. Clip their nails when long and play and treat them in training. The cats get proper cuddle time and the dogs fluffed and hugged. For my cat Bucky he need quiet time with little stimulation in my room away from the others. I will treat any pet as my own and learn what their balance is so they have the best care I can offer. Learning their personalities and quirks to ensure their safety, my safety, and certainly their comfort

She kept us posted, gave us updates, sent us pictures, and was simply a delight. When we returned from our trip Renee had taken care of everything, made sure everything was tidy, and my cat was relaxed and happy and clearly well loved. About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals cats, dogs, fish, and even plants! I love to help my friends, family, and more with walking their dog, feeding their cat, or watering plants! I work only a few days a week because I’m a stay at home mother so I would give your pup all my love. I’m available during the week from 11am - 8pm. I take my dogs on walks as well as play fetch at least once a day! I feed them twice a day and let them out every 2-3 hours. If i dog/cat sit for someone I go to their house 2 times a day to feed, walk, or whatever else I’m instructed to do.

About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of 2025 :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) 40 hours WEDNESDAY afternoon thru SATURDAY night. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 7am to 12pm. Sunday thru Tuesday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my full time work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. About: I’ve been a pet lover since I was a little girl. I am now currently sitting & taking care of a beautiful pittbull by the name of buddy. I also have two beautiful bunnies by the name of Dallas and Cowboy. About: My name is Alannah and I am 20 years old. I love animals, I have experience pet sitting, I worked in a kennel and have helped deliver several litters of labs, I have had animals in my household since I was born, and I would love to help you keep your pets happy and cared for whenever you might need the extra help. I am in the military but work a shortened schedule, and I cannot have an animal of my own since I could go on deployments last minute. I love animals, dogs the most, and I would love so much to come take care of any pets and just lend some help. I currently work part time hours so I have plenty of time to care for animals. My average hours are 8-12 am. I have volunteered at some shelters to care for some cats and dogs, and I am actually considering fostering. I just love pets but am not in a stable enough environment to keep one with being in the military and I could have to leave for months on end with no notice. I am very respectful, will follow any and all restrictions / directions, and I have great decision making. I will know what to do to keep your pet safe and happy. Any sort of extra care I have no issue providing I am very attentive and very respectful of not only your wishes but also your space if you invite me to your home.
