About: I have grown up caring for pets my whole life. I had several cats as well as dogs as a child and I learned from a young age to both respect and engage these animals as part of our family in a gentle and loving manner. I believe that taking the time to allow an animal get to know you and accept your energy and presence is most important for quality care. Taking the time to do this allows me to get to know each animal and get a sense of their personality and needs. I have quick reflexes and I am a very active person, so not only will I keep your pet safe, but I will also ensure that they are well-exercised and happy during their outing.

About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and was a foster parent for a San Diego based rescue group for over 3. I currently volunteer as a dog walker at a local Southern Maryland rescue and also foster with them as well. Our family has cared for, trained and assisted with the adoption of many different breeds from small to large and all ages, puppies less than 12 weeks included. In addition we puppy raise and train service dogs for a non-profit organization based out of NY. Pets bring so much love and joy to our lives and deserve the best care when we are away. I can promise they will receive the same love and attention as if you were home yourself. Current pet is a 13 year old yellow lab and pointer mix that we've had since he was 12 weeks old. He loves long walks, swimming in any body of water and snuggling with his cat brother, Tucker. In addition we have a 2 year old beagle that nothing but fun. References are available upon request. I work remotely and am home during the day. This allows me flexibility to care my own fur-children and yours from either my home or yours. I have a large fenced yard, friendly pups, a dog room and plenty of crates. We often crate and rotate to make sure our pups get enough one on one and would do the same for yours.

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life, since I can remember. I have potty trained puppies and taught them tricks. I have experience with senior dogs and special needs as well. I also used to have a hamster, a rat, and hedgehog. Currently I own one dog and a saltwater fish tank. I have plenty of experience with cats as well. I’m pretty much a sucker for any animal. They all have my heart. I typically have plenty of time to care for your pet and I’m usually always available. I also have open availability on weekends and holidays as well. My schedule is flexible. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I will do what it takes to make sure that your pet is comfortable and enjoy their time that I care for them:)

About: I've been around animals all my life, and care for every single one that comes across my path. I have 4 animals so far that are living healthy and happy, and regularly babysit my neighbor's animals for weeks at a time. I wake up every day to my cat, and I want to extend that love to more animals who need that care when their owners are a little busy! It comes as a second nature to me, and I think about how my animals might be impacted by the actions I make, for example: I can never leave drinks on the counter anymore because my cat learned she likes coffee. Not anymore of course! I respect boundaries of animals and owners alike, whether that be physical such as a room not to enter or mental such as a certain word that an animal doesn't like to hear. If I am provided with rules I will follow them like a mantra.

About: Kind, patient caretaker with a psych degree and years of dog experience. Comfortable with all ages, breeds, and energy levels as well. Loving chocolate lab mom! About: Hi, I’m David — a dedicated animal lover with a calm, confident energy that pets naturally vibe with. Whether it’s a long walk, a play session, or some relaxing downtime, I meet every pet’s needs with care, patience, and a genuine connection. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, from energetic puppies to senior snugglers, and I treat every animal like my own. You’ll get consistent updates, great photos, and peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. Currently I am working remotely so I am with the dogs all day. Dogs receive potty breaks as needed, and frequent exercise, as well as time to just relax! Dogs have constant access to water, and treats if allowed by owner. All dogs receive their own space for downtime. I have dealt with many reactive and aggressive pets as well.

About: I've helped raise puppies. I've had a dog of my own my whole life. Friends leave their pups with me while they go away, or when they need help potty or crate training. I cannot currently watch pets in my home but I can care for your pet in the comfort of your home. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate taking care of your pet(s) as needed around my own day to day responsibilities. I will take care of your pet as you regularly do. Are they crated while you're away? They'll be crated if I'm not there. Or do they only feel safe in certain rooms or need a "safety toy"? I'm make sure they have what they need to be as calm and happy as can be while you're away.

About: I have 10 plus years of dog experience in kennels, personal care, and volunteering at the animal shelter. Looking for new clients and furry friends! Please book with me, you will not regret it! I work part time, so I have a lot of flexibility and availability to fit in a walk or check in with your cute furry friends! I will listen and respect all rules to be followed with your animal. I know how important it is to feel like your dog is being taken care of! They’re truly a part of the family!

About: I have been told that I am very patient when it comes to pets. I let them come to me and if they don’t want to I don’t force them. I am very careful to make sure the pets are happy and can get to know and love any pet. My life can fluctuate from busy to free depending on the time of year, but I always make time for my pets. It makes me happy to see them and take care of them on a daily and weekly basis. To care for pets, I make sure that they are ok and give them food and water first. Then I give them all the attention they need and make sure they are happy. I don’t just check in and leave, I like to spend time with them so they aren’t lonely.

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals and my energy as a young college student who truly enjoys spending time with them. I have a soft spot for both playful puppies and sweet senior pets, and I’m patient, attentive, and gentle with every animal I care for. Whether it’s helping a puppy learn good habits or making sure an older dog is comfortable on slow walks, I treat every pet like they’re my own. Pet care fits easily into my routine! I work in the evenings from 4–7 PM, so I have plenty of free time during the mornings and early afternoons to give pets the attention, exercise, and playtime they need. Whether it’s a walk, cuddle session, or feeding time, I’m flexible and happy to adjust to your pet’s schedule. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their usual routines as closely as possible—feeding schedules, walk times, play, and any special instructions. I keep the environment clean, safe, and calm, and I always give pets plenty of love and attention so they feel comfortable while their owners are away. If caring for pets in my own home, I provide a cozy, pet-friendly space with room to play, rest, and feel at ease. I treat every pet like family and make sure their physical and emotional needs are met every day.

Ann F.
“Ann is a wonderful dog walker & sitter!! She has taken excellent care of my two very needy dogs. She is great at following specific instructions regarding allergies, aggressions & reinforcing our daily routines and habits, such as sitting at the door and wiping feet before we come into the home. She also is great at the photo updates for their equally as needy mom.”

Amanda S.
“I chose Amanda to take care of my 2 dogs, a Great Dane and a lab mix in her home for a couple days when I went out of town. I made a great choice because she made it as easy as possible to be away by sending me updates often and pictures. I felt at ease that they were being taken care of how I would care for them. I would recommend her and would definitely use her services again. A+”
