About: I’ve always had pets growing up and some would say I prefer animals over people. I’ve been involved in rescue since 2004 and have seen firsthand just how cruel people can be. As a former vet tech, I promise to take care of your babies just like my own. You have nothing to worry about while you’re away. Lots of check ins, photos and love! I do work full time M-F but am available before and after work. Depending on location, a quick trip at lunch to say hi may work too. I’m totally available on weekends. while visiting your home, your kiddos will be safe with me. Whether it’s playing in a fenced yard or on leash, They will get all the exercise they need.

About: I have been taken an active role in the care of my own pets for as long as I can remember. I've done it all- bottle fed orphaned kittens, rescued possums, trained hard headed pups, and helped rescue dogs to come out of their shells. My absolute favorite dogs are the big ole babies who think they're about 3 pounds and don't realize they're "aggressive breeds". I currently care for my own bully mix named Tuck and my grandmother's constant companion, a long haired German Shepard named Rex. While I haven't owned a cat since college, I absolutely love to give scoops to my friend's babies (as long as they want to be held!) I am currently getting my dog training certification and would love to work with your babies! I own my own business, so I have a VERY flexible schedule and can schedule around most things. I can also work from client's homes safely if they need more intense house sitting! I am not currently offering home visits, but I do have a large fenced in yard and a house that is easily split so that guests and my babies are separate if needed. I am a firm believer in crates but will always follow the usual safety routine of the baby I'm caring for!

“This was our second time using Ken. He is so great and attentive with Chewy and tolerates all of our questions about how she’s doing which is very much appreciated. He is very understanding of her anxiety and general weirdness. It is such a blessing to be able to confidently leave her in his care and not have to be concerned about a single thing.”

“Emily was so sweet to our dog, Odin! In the pictures she sent, he looked so relaxed and happy, which just warms my heart and makes me feel better about leaving him with a Rover sitter. Emily was communicative and left our house in great condition. We look forward to having her sit again soon!”

“Alexandria did a great job taking care of our puppy. She entertained her, took her for walks and kept me updated through texts and pictures. Before she left, she even cleaned up the toys our puppy usually leaves everywhere.”

About: Animals have been a part of my life since day ONE- I grew up as an only kid on the family farm, so my pets were truly my best friends. That early bond gave me a deep, intuitive understanding of animal behavior and body language. I’ve raised and cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats, rabbits- you name it- since I was little and have always been able to tell when an animal needs space, reassurance, play, or just a quiet moment. I also have experience working with injured and/or sick animals; administering IV/IM injections, wound care/first aid, breathing treatments, etc. Today, I share my home with a sweet dog and cat, and we also own a horse who is boarded just outside of town. I care for every pet like they’re my own and develop deep bonds with the animals in my care. Whether it’s snuggling on the couch, a slow walk for a senior dog, or calming a nervous horse, I take pride in reading their needs and meeting them with patience, kindness, and care. I’m currently between jobs and using this time to re-evaluate my career goals- so I’m home during the day and have a very flexible schedule. The only regular commitment I have outside the house is feeding horses at our barn twice a week, which takes about two hours— so even on those days, I’m not away for long. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on making them feel safe, loved, and relaxed. At my home, they’ll have access to a large, fenced backyard, playtime with my friendly terrier mix Robi and lots of attention from my middle school aged kids who love animals. In a client’s home, I stick closely to your routine to keep things consistent and stress-free. I treat every pet like part of the family, wherever they are.

About: Hello! My name is Faith and I've owned pets my whole life and I am particularly passionate about senior pets. I love to truly engage with animals and I value their comfortability just as much as my own. I am currently working part time so I will be able to give as much attention needed for your furbabies depending on my schedule. My work hours are also flexible so I can work around it from a day-to-day basis. As I will not be offering services in my own home, I will comply with the client and pet's needs as far as safety & environment goes. Trust is a priority of mine when it comes to not only the client but the pet as well.

“Braelyn was great. Pearl was calm and at ease with her (even though there were massive thunderstorms and electricity went out one night). Communicative and helpful. Would definitely ask her to sit with Pearl again.”

About: Coming from a family of animal lovers, I feel that I have inherited a passion for loving God's little creatures. I have experience in pet sitting cats, dogs, and even rats. Over the years, I've had the privilege of raising a number of different animals; some of which include: an opossum, deer, squirrels, bunnies, ducklings, gerbils, hamsters, lizards, snakes, and of course, cats & dogs! Additionally, I have experience in animal rescue and rehabilitation, senior care, and administering medication. I am currently enrolled at USC and work limited hours as an in-home caregiver for a young woman with special needs. Most of my classes are online so my schedule remains very flexible! I approach every animal with the gentleness and love that they deserve. I am happy to provide for your pet in anyway that you need!

About: Hi, I’m Erika! I’ve been caring for animals since I was very young and have experience with a wide variety of pets—including fish, lizards, guinea pigs, dogs, and cats. Although I couldn’t have a cat growing up due to allergies in my household, I’ve been cat-sitting for neighbors since elementary school. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, from toy poodles to mastiffs, and have experience with breeds like border collies, standard and miniature poodles, German shepherds, French bulldogs, dachshunds, goldendoodles, labs, Boykin spaniels, shih tzus, and more. I’ve also dog-sat puppies and kittens and have experience with senior pets, including administering oral medication when needed. Whether it’s regular walks, playtime, or just offering a calm, reassuring presence, I’m committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment. I also prioritize clear, consistent communication with pet owners to keep them updated and at ease while they’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I’m available most days and can easily accommodate multiple walks or drop-ins throughout the day. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or evening, I have the flexibility to provide consistent, reliable care and attention to your pet whenever it’s needed. I don’t offer overnight stays at my own home because one of the dogs I live with doesn’t get along well with other dogs. However, I’m happy to do overnight stays at your home, where your pet is most comfortable and in a familiar environment. This way, I can provide consistent care, keep up with their routine, and ensure they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away.

About: I am a licensed veterinary technician. I have about 7 years of professional experience in general practice, emergency/specialty medicine, alternative medicine and rehab. I am looking to aide to pet parents in need of a regular pet care giver outside the clinic setting - especially those pets that may need medications or extra care throughout the day! Hi! I’m a licensed veterinary technician and certified small animal massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in general practice, emergency/specialty medicine, and alternative care. I currently work in an integrative veterinary practice. Outside of the clinic, I run my own pet care service—perfect for animals who need medications, mobility support, or a compassionate, medically trained caregiver who truly understands their needs.
