They followed his routine and made sure to update me often on how he was doing throughout the day. They did great giving him his medications and asked questions to make sure they got everything just right. They really do try to stick to your routine to keep your pup calm and happy. This also made us more calm and happy. We LOVED alllll the photos and videos!!! This put us more at ease, knowing Norman was doing well! They were also patient with him while introducing him to new dogs and updated us on how he was doing. We really appreciated their attention to detail, listening to all of our concerns and making it a little easier for us to leave our Norman for the first time. We definitely recommend them to take care of your fur babies and we plan to use them again in the future!”
