About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and can’t remember a time when I didn’t have at least one by my side. With years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—including my own two—I offer more than just a place to stay; I provide a safe, loving home away from home. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of canine behavior, patience with puppies, and gentle care for senior dogs. Whether it’s helping with basic training or giving extra attention to older pups who need a slower pace, I tailor my care to fit each dog’s unique needs. You can trust that your dog will be treated like family here. I currently work full time. However, I work from home 3 days a week and I am in office 2 days a week. Dogs get lots of attention. I have a large unfenced yard with two friendly dogs to keep yours company. I take dogs out on leashes for walks and can crate dogs if needed.
“Highly, highly recommend. I contacted Mary Claire with about 24 hours notice to when I wanted her to watch my dog for a long weekend. This was my first time trying out rover.com. She made this so easy, responded within about 30 minutes and sent a request for payment right after that! I think the whole thing required maybe 15 minutes of my time. She sent me texts periodically with photos of my dog, and she even gave her a big bone to chew on. Best part, when I came to pick up, the dog was just her normal self, not excited or agitated as she usually is after boarding. We usually board at a play-care facility (and I think Mary Claire has worked at one of the bigger ones), but this is even better - no crating and attention all day. ”
About: I have a lot of love to give and no human babies so furbabies get it all. I love to stay active for my health and to tire out the dogs. I work from home, and I create my own schedule so I’m pretty flexible. I walk and run daily and I love dogs as my active partners. I have a huge fenced back yard and back porch and four dogs who are friendly, chill, and trained. They love new friends. I am all about routines and consistency, so my dogs know what to expect.
