About: Hi there, I’m Sarah! Thank you for stopping by my profile! I’m a proud U.S. Navy veteran who separated from the military in 2017. Growing up in a military family, I had the opportunity to live in 25 different states and 6 countries, which gave me a deep appreciation for people, cultures, and the incredible diversity of animals around the world. Those experiences helped shape my adaptable, compassionate personality and my love for caring for both people and animals. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve cared for everything from dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, rabbits, small birds, reptiles, chickens, goats to helping family members care for horses, cows, and other farm animals. Whether your pet has paws, feathers, or scales, I’m comfortable providing patient, attentive care tailored to their individual personality and needs. I currently have an older service dog named Basil and a senior cat named Dhara, so I understand firsthand how important it is to provide gentle care, consistency, and a calm environment—especially for older pets. If your pet stays with me, they’ll be welcomed into a peaceful home where they’ll receive plenty of love, attention, and supervision. One of the experiences I’m most proud of was spending two years training my service dog, Basil, through the ARF Pets for Vets program in Walnut Creek, California. That experience taught me a tremendous amount about canine behavior, positive reinforcement, communication, and building trust. It also strengthened my belief that every animal communicates in their own unique way, and I take the time to understand their body language so they feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Outside of pet care, I’m a freelance product designer and entrepreneur who enjoys creating new products, designing 3D models, and bringing ideas to life. I also love cooking, baking, traveling, exploring new places, and discovering local restaurants—I’m even an Elite Yelp reviewer, so you could say I enjoy finding the best hidden gems wherever I go! When caring for your pet, my goal is to make them feel like they’re part of the family. I know how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet behind, so I strive to provide the same level of care, patience, and affection that I’d want for my own animals. What you can expect from me: • Personalized care based on your pet’s individual personality, routine, and needs. • Experience caring for a wide variety of companion and farm animals. • Daily photo, video, and text updates so you always know how your pet is doing. • A meet-and-greet before booking to make sure we’re a great fit. • Basic training guidance and positive reinforcement tips when appropriate. • A clean, calm, safe, and loving environment where your pet’s health, comfort, and happiness always come first. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I truly appreciate that trust. I look forward to meeting you and your furry (or feathered or scaly!) family members and providing them with the same love and care I’d give my own. I work full-time Monday through Friday with every other Friday off. From 6 AM to 3 PM, but I can accommodate meet and greets throughout the week, including drop in visits on my lunch break. If I’m staying at a client’s home, I can easily plan my schedule around your pet’s needs, ensuring they receive consistent care and attention. I’m most available for extended services Friday through Sunday, so we can coordinate a schedule that works best to keep your furry, feathered, or scaly friend happy and comfortable. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for every pet in my care. In my home or a client’s home, I ensure the space is pet-proofed and free of hazards. I follow each pet’s routine to make them feel at ease, respecting their space and preferences. For new pets, I take the time to build trust through positive interactions and gentle introductions. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, safe space with designated areas for eating, sleeping, and play. I supervise all interactions, especially with other animals, to ensure everyone's safety. I also maintain cleanliness, making sure litter boxes are scooped daily (or more frequently depending on the pet), food and water bowls are clean, and any medication needs are carefully followed. When staying in a client’s home, I respect their environment by keeping their pet’s routine consistent, and I ensure they have a safe, familiar space. I communicate regularly with pet owners to update them on their pet’s well-being and to address any concerns. My goal is to provide the same level of care, attention, and comfort in your home as I would in mine.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love, patience, and responsibility I bring to caring for dogs. I have experience living with and caring for multiple dogs, so I understand that each dog has their own personality, routine, energy level, and individual needs. I take the time to get to know each dog and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different ages, including energetic puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs who may need extra patience and attention. With puppies, I can help reinforce routines, provide appropriate play and stimulation, work on basic manners, and maintain consistency with their schedule. With senior dogs, I’m attentive to their comfort, mobility, feeding routines, bathroom needs, medication instructions, and need for a calmer pace. I’m also comfortable with daily walks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, administering medications when instructed, cleaning up after pets, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. I pay close attention to changes in a dog’s behavior, appetite, energy, or bathroom habits so I can communicate any concerns to their owner. Most importantly, I don’t view pet sitting as simply stopping by to provide food and water. I want each dog to receive companionship, attention, exercise, and affection while their family is away. I treat the pets in my care like my own and make their safety and well-being my priority. Pet care is a big part of my daily life. I have several dogs, so caring for them is part of my everyday routine. I help with feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, cleaning up after them, and making sure they’re safe and comfortable. I genuinely enjoy spending time with my animals, and they’re a big part of my life. I care for pets by making sure they are fed, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise and attention, and are kept in a safe, clean environment. I follow each pet’s individual routine, including walks, playtime, medication if needed, and any special instructions from the owner. I also make sure to give them plenty of love and companionship while their owners are away.

About: I’ve grown up around animals and love being outdoors! I have most recently worked as a horse wrangler and have had lots of experience with being around dogs and animals. I will treat your pet as my own and have full availability right now! Would love the chance to give some pups some exercise I have a flexible schedule and spend a lot of time being active outdoors. I’m always going for walks and can take your pups on multiple a day! I can provide a safe, calm, and clean environment for pets. I live in a fairly large space with two doodles who are always looking for friends.

About: I’ve had two dogs growing up, a mini boxer and a French bulldog. I’ve cared for them all my life. I have bathed, walked, fed, and gave them so much love. We got our Puppy when I was 14, so I have a lot of experience caring for puppies as well. I didn’t grow up in a home with cats, but I love them too. I’ve had lots of experience cat sitting and get along with them well too! I am a masters student at UW-Stevens Point, in the Natural Resources department. I will not be able to provide services mid day Fridays or Mondays, but I am flexible the rest of the week! I will always follow your directions and keep a good baseline of contact with you! I am not allowed to board pets in my apartment, but I will always be respectful of your space as well.

About: I have rescued pets and trained them as well as handled dogs since they were puppies. My father was a reputable dog breeder and my daughter is a vet tech. I'm currently working part-time M-F and will have plenty of time to play with your pups. I am available weekdays after 4 and weekends for sitting or boarding.I I have a fenced-in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can also provide a private room and/or crate for your dog if they prefer to just be by themselves. Otherwise, I can stay and/or visit your pet in your home and offer walks to exercise.
