About: In college I worked as a professional pet sitter that was over 20 years ago. Since then I have pet sat off and on over the years in my home and in clients home. I have experience walking lots of dogs at one time. I have experience with horses and cows as well. I also have 5 years of professional pet grooming experience too. I have had family pets my entire life. I currently work part time as a substitute teacher and with my boyfriend at his lawn care business. I have a flexible schedule and will be able to fit pet sitting/ dog boarding/ dog walking in when needed. I have a large yard and live on quite a bit of property. I also have trails behind my house for walking. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I live off a quiet road. I will be putting a tie out for dogs that’s what I used in the past for my dogs .
About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing. Pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. (I would want them if the roles were reversed.) I also have the ability to care for medical issues that arise during the stay, only with the pet parent's permission of course.
About: Hey guys! I'm just a Midwest girl living in my Midwest world! I have the typical Veteran husband and one of our three kids still living at home! We have a 7 pound Chihuahua and two kittens who are the current rulers of the home. I bring a professional, hands-on background to every dog I care for, shaped by my experience, work in the military and training dogs across a wide range of needs. From guiding young puppies through early obedience and socialization to reinforcing structure and confidence in adult dogs, I focus on calm, consistent, and respectful handling. My approach blends proven training principles with genuine affection—clear communication, routine, and trust, paired with plenty of attention and care. On our private 20-acre property, dogs have the space to decompress, explore safely, and enjoy a peaceful environment while still receiving individualized guidance and close supervision. While we do have 20 acres that we can walk through we also have a fenced in area and GPS Fence collars for your dog to use. Depending on the training your dog has been through we can work with you to see what fits best. I am a full time mom who homeschools her kid. My husband is home part time so most of the time we are home if not pup will be crated. I have a fenced in yard and a pet safe GPS collar for the pups. So no matter what the pup will be secured. There is no gate to leave the fenced in area so to leave you have to go through the house.
About: I have been fostering for almost 13 years and have taken care of cats, dogs and horses growing up my whole life. I am familiar with giving meds and special needs for dogs and cats as well. I have dobermans so I understand high energy dogs! I am full time again but we still take animales on the weekends typically! My kids and dogs love new companions we take in and care for. I love snuggling all the animals i can ❤️ I have a fenced in yard and 2 dobermans and a doberdoodle. They are all dog and kid friendly. My dogs are vetted and up to date on everything. My dobermans are the reason I started fostering as they love new friends! My doberdoodle was my foster fail that I love dearly. I do have a couple kennels but if your dog does better with no kennel I do that as well!
About: I have cared for all ages of dogs and cats. I work at a boarding kennel/ daycare and am used to cues in play when it comes to dogs. I have cleaned up after all of the messes with no issues, and can bath if needed and the animal allows it (extra fee). I can administer medications in all varieties and can comfortably handle shy and reactive dogs. I have leash walked dogs that have recently had acl repairs and can lift over 50 lbs if needed. I work 4 days at my current job from 8-5. I have three days off and can work with you as needed. I have my own car and can travel within reason. I have a fenced in backyard and space to put kennels while your dog rests. I have a three year old Australian shepherd who absolutely loves other dogs. (Shy to people). I have a gate to put up so your dog could have free rein of the living room in the evening and a camera to be able to check in on them.
About: I have had animals since I was little and I have been watching my family and friends animals of and on for years. I have had puppies to senior dogs and cats. I'm currently working part time, and a online class. I can work with your animal Thursday after I get done working till Sunday. Maybe other days depending how close you are. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
