About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. I have not always had a living situation where I was able to have my own pets, and my friends and family relied on me to care for their animals when they went on holiday. I have experience with special needs dogs, and I currently have a senior dog who needs oral medication, eye/ear drops, and other allergy-related care. I have a part-time job as a private tutor for math/science, which happens after school most days. This provides me a flexible schedule allowing for multiple drop-in visits per day for feeding/playtime/outside time for your pet(s). I am a responsible middle-aged adult, entrusted to care for students in a classroom for the last 25 years. I will treat your home and your pet(s) with the same respect I have given to my school/students, making sure that when you return, your home is clean and in the same condition you left it. I am familiar with how to use security systems, and I will take proper precautions with locking doors, windows, etc.

“Jen is a loving dog owner and treats all dogs as her own. Her Shepard has high energy so she is used to even the most unruly of animals. She can keep up with any four-legger so long as the leash is strong enough. Jen will be on time, no late meals for your pooch. I would leave my beagle with her for a week if needed.”

About: I am and always have been an avid pet lover, so I will treat your baby with the love he/she deserves. I’m skilled in bathing dogs if that’s ever needed. I’m also very good with puppies, and relatively good with senior pets and giving them the love they need. I work part-time at Wendy’s on Division at varying times, so we will have to discuss when I can walk if you live in Traverse City. I will always be able to sit though. I’m respectful of the surroundings of the animal, and I will make sure they are comfortable around me, as well as the human that loves them.

I have a 2.5 year old yellow Labrador who loves to play! I live in my own house, have a big yard (not fenced but I have 60ft leads attached in the yard), and I live across from the beach. About: I have had a true love for animals since I was a little girl growing up on our farm. Animals have always been a big part of my life, whether it's my own, or caring for others, from cats up to horses and everything in between. I believe that a house is not complete without the company of a pet. And I couldn't imagine not ever having one! I currently have a lovebird,named Peaches, a German Shepherd, named Yogi Bear, an iguana, named Yoshi and 3 cats, named Bubbles, Mr. MaGoo, and Uncle Fester. I am currently in school studying to become a Veterinary technician. So as you can see animals have been and will always be a huge part of my life. I can not wait to meet yours! I work from home and do most of my schooling from home also so my availability is pretty much wide open. I am very flexible when it comes to working around others schedule. Let's just say that my pets are very spoiled and they know what to expect from me on a daily basis. I like to keep a routine as much as possible, so that they know when it's time to eat and have snacks and lots of playtime and interacting with me and others. I believe in a very clean and safe environment for them.
