“Diego did a great job taking care of my dog while I was out of town. He was communicative, sent pics and updates, and left the apartment in great condition when he left. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him for others!”

“Alayza is a dog whisperer! She’s amazing, kind and patient. My dog has big stranger danger and fear aggression when meeting someone new and it seems he warmed up to her pretty quickly. By the second day he was cuddling with her and letting her pet him! I highly recommend Alayza!”

“Dee was amazing. I was super nervous leaving my senior dog and two cats for a full week, especially since this was our first time working together, but Dee totally delivered. JP, my dog, was smiling in every single photo, and it was clear he felt safe, cozy, and loved. Even my weirdo, suspicious cats warmed up to her, which honestly says a lot, lol. Dee just has that intuitive energy that animals naturally gravitate toward. She followed my care instructions, kept in touch, and made sure everyone was well fed, loved on, and relaxed. I came home to happy, healthy pets, and that’s really all I could ask for. She gives off the vibe of a passionate, animal loving 20-something who genuinely enjoys what she does. While she’s not buttoned up in that overly corporate way (which, let’s be real, is exactly why I use Rover—to support real people who actually spend time and energy on your pets), the level of care she provides is next level. You’re just not going to get that kind of attentiveness at one of those doggy daycare boxes. Dee is very sweet, incredibly responsible, super responsive, and truly locked in with your pets. I’ll absolutely be booking her again.”

“Tanaysia was so good with my shy boy Gumbo! She recognized his anxiety and checked in with me and we had a plan of action. He warmed up to her so quickly too, which made me feel a at ease! She was communicative and asked questions when needed. Will def have her back again when I need someone!”

“Thanks so much for taking great care of Hampton. It was such a relief knowing he was being cared for while we were away for so long. Also thanks for taking great care of our home.”

“We have a large senior dog and 2 cats and Aiyana was incredible! She was attentive and understanding of our senior dogs many quirks and listened to the many details we have in our routine. She also took care of our garden and it flourished while we were gone. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Lilly-Christina was truly amazing! Her communication is top tier! Truly amazing. I was comforted getting all the pics shared of Gizmo while I was away. She was very flexible with scheduling which I really appreciate. Gizmo and I will definitely look to her for future pet sitting needs. Thank you Lilly-Christina!”

“Aliyah watched my four pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) for 6 days while I was out of state and she was amazing! Some of my pets are elderly and have some medical issues. Aliyah followed all my instructions and went above and beyond when there was a little bit of an issue towards the end of the vacation (just dogs being dogs, nothing Aliyah did wrong or could have prevented). I will absolutely utilize her services as long as she offers them!”

“Desmond has been the best. One of our kitties snuck out and he went and searched for her in our neighborhood unprompted. He was very communicative when working through the emergency and was so understanding of our anxiety. He is such a good sitter!”

“Ashley was a fantastic bunny sitter, and I'd definitely recommend her! I had to extend my trip unexpectedly due to contracting COVID, and she was flexible and willing to extend her rabbit-sitting to much longer than the time we'd originally planned. My rabbit was happy and healthy when I returned, and I know she took great care of him. She even managed to train him to leave his pen on his own (he's a bit visually impaired, so I always had to pull him out prior to Ashley's visit) -- and training such a stubborn little guy is a pretty impressive accomplishment. She also successfully gave him some medication that he needed. Very grateful for your amazing bunny-sitting skills, Ashley! Thank you so much.”

“Jayla was amazing, she took great care of my furry best friend and my home. She sent regular, wonderful updates so I could tell my pup was happy and safe, and allowed me to really enjoy my time away. I would absolutely trust her to watch my pup again and recommend her!!”

“Bradley was so great with my puppy. I never used Rover before and was nervous having someone else watch my pup and be in my house, but Bradley was amazingly and my pup was well taken care of. Sent pics of my pup out and playing which made me feel much more comfortable. Will def book again !”

“Bri, was amazing! We will be using her for our pets for any time we travel. The care, communication, and the peace of mind she gave us when we traveled was unmatched. She cared for our dog and cat and they seemed so happy.”

“Nicole stepped in for me last minute and watched my dog and cat during the holidays. She constantly communicated with me and sent me videos and pictures. She sent me updates about my pets and my house. She even went as far as to let me know I had fruit flies and threw out the bad fruit. My dog and cat love her and her son! I would work with Nicole 10000 times again.”

About: I'm often called Dr. Dolittle or the dog whisperer because the animals usually take to me very well. I've had a pet most of my life. I have always loved animals. I grew up with dogs, cats, I have also had birds and fish. I will treat you pet just like my own. I will surely treat your fur baby as you wish but I've known to spoil them a little. I no longer have dogs of my own, but I do keep my grand dogs on occasion. I'm very flexible when it comes to pet care. I do travel on occasions. I work my schedule round pet caring. I live alone and I do have grown children that visit and are very comfortable with dogs. I will care for your pet as my own. However, if you have special needs or instructions I will follow your request. I will also keep notes of behavior so you will know if you pet is happy, unhappy or doing something out of their usual behavior.

About: I love taking care of animals no matter what it is. I enjoy there time and want to be a Vet one day after school. I am available on weekends because I have a job that requires me to work Monday through Friday. I would love to work around schedules. I live in a condo that allows dogs and they are pet friendly. We can also go on walks and runs with the pets to.

“Bre is a natural with dogs! (All animals, really). We often refer to her as “Mina DooLittle” (an ode to Dr. DooLittle) because of the way animals, especially dogs, flock to her. She is so gentle, loving, caring, and attentive to the fur-babies and takes them in as her own. She cares well for one, or many, at once and they all receive the same level of affection and attention. She ensures that they are fed, groomed, active, rested, and more. She even nurses them when they are experiencing health challenges. She will follow your requests, schedules, and instructions to the letter! You can rest assured that your baby is safe with her and will be well taken care of. She often keeps my Yorkie for days at a time and he never wants to leave. It’s almost as if he prefers to be with her rather than being at home, like a kid that never wants to leave grandma’s house! I highly recommend Bre (“The Doggie Doula”) and promise you’ll be satisfied with her services.”

Westphalia Estates pet parents share their Rover experiences
I couldn’t be happier with the care my senior dog received from Ashley. As a picky eater, my dog can be quite a challenge, but she handled everything with such patience and love. Ashley took the time to understand my dog's preferences and ensured she had was comfortable while we were away. The daily updates were a fantastic touch, and I could tell my dog was in great hands. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a dedicated and compassionate pet sitter.

Helzy went above and beyond to show my ailing senior dog love and care while I was away. I loved getting videos of them out on walks, and knew my pup was getting all the attention that makes him feel special and safe. They played toys and he got all his meds on time. Even with my dog being sick, I felt comfortable knowing she was with him. She also took amazing care of my home. 10/10 would recommend and am so grateful for her care.
