About: I got my dog when I was 13 and she was the best thing that happened to me. She was the most loving and caring dog I ever met but lost her to a serious illness and I just love to give out my heart to animals and would love to spend some time with your animals. I am a stay at home mom and the moment. Son is five and in kindergarten and he loves animals just as much as I do but because I’m not completely over losing my dog I haven’t been able to get him a dog for himself. I’m home and have a dog park right now the road from me so keeping dogs a breeze. I always have an eye on the animals. Never feed food other then the kind given. Nothing in the rooms that they would stay in that could hurt them.

About: I had multiple dogs all of my life and have taken care of horses and barn cats. Love all animals and want to make sure that they are doing amazing while you are away. I have pet sitted on and off over the years for friends and even flew to Las Vegas to petsit for an extended weekend. I’m currently working full time but can do late night drop ins, walks and am available any time on the weekends. Typically on the weekends I am free/flexible for any time, except the few times I’m out of town. Before letting pets out in fenced areas I double check gates are closed and latched before letting out. For any pets that are walked I ensure that they are leashed before heading out the door and do not take the leash off until inside with the door closed. I have an escape artist of myself at home so I know what to look for. I can easily place your pet in a crate before leaving if that is necessary.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. My own dogs, my neighbors have asked me to drop in while they were on vacation, and my parents friends have had me dog and house sit while they were away. I take the time to get to know what the pets need instead of taking a one size fits all approach. I’m available all week, whatever time. I’m not working any other jobs so I’m available whenever pets need it or pet parents want an extra check in or reassurance. I make sure they’re comfortable, whether that’s in a crate or just on a bed, constantly check their food and water, and make sure they’re good and tired before I stop playing with them.

I have a large yard, plenty of room inside, two sweet and playful dogs to keep them company, and a 6 year old boy who loves puppy cuddles and all the play time he can get!

About: I have lived with pets my entire life, I have a 5 year old dog currently. Additionally, I’ve pet sat for friends and family frequently when they leave for trips and used to help my grandmother foster kittens! I’m currently a senior at Clemson with a light schedule so I can drop by before/after classes with ease! I have time in the mornings and afternoons for walks and am available most days for pet sitting! I have a very active dog and am used to playing or walking outside for enrichment time. About: I began working at Radnor Veterinary Hospital as a Boarding Attendant, where I cared for a variety of animals, primarily dogs, and was responsible for feeding, walking, medicating, and monitoring their daily needs. I then worked as a Veterinary Assistant at the Exotic and Small Animal Hospital of PA, where I gained extensive hands-on experience with both small animals and exotic pets. I assisted with appointments, treatments, medications, laboratory work, and monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures. This experience taught me how to recognize changes in an animal’s behavior and health, safely handle animals, and provide attentive care for pets with different needs. I am currently a pre-veterinary student at Clemson University pursuing my passion for becoming a veterinarian. I especially enjoy caring for rabbits and dogs, but honestly just love being around animals. I have classes regularly; however, in the afternoon and later evenings, I am usually free almost every day! I try to be really flexible; however, school does create some constraints. I make sure to locate the nearest vet in case of an emergency, keep a close eye on your pet during the whole time, and record if I see anything unusual.
