(Dog walking and drop in visits are also available!) I happily care for dogs, cats, and a variety of small pets like bunnies, ferrets, guinea pigs/hamsters, and birds. (I also have “hobby farm” experience from chickens to horses) And while I love animals of all shapes and sizes, I unfortunately do not offer care for snakes or spiders—just sticking to the furry and feathered friends I know best! I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience, playtime, and plenty of belly/butt rubs and scratches. When I booked her for four-days, then had to cancel due to a change in circumstances, she immediately responded and helped process the refund. The one day that she took our dogs out for a walk, she walked them for a mile, ensured they had food and water, and she even helped mop up their accidents. When we came home to greet our dogs, they were much calmer than normal. I believe this is due to the time, attention, and care that Averi put into her duties. About: I have two cats myself, and have been the de facto dog sitter of my family for years. About: Ive taken care of my families dogs for the last 15 years and always made sure they were well cared for. Friends also entrusted me with the care of their animals knowing that I am no stranger to difficult animals and messy situations. I have also been a volunteer at local animal shelters and know how to handle larger and more difficult to walk animals. I have a senior dog now so I also understand the care that goes into helping animals who are struggling I have a dog in my home who has a torn ACL. He has difficulty with stairs and walks so I ice his leg daily and carry him up the stairs. I make sure also to feed him his medication and ensure he is always comfortable given his aches and pains. While I cannot do boarding, within other homes, I will walk and play with animals constantly. I love interacting with pets and find joy in spending time doing what animals love, whether it be snuggled up on the floor, playing tug of war or going on long walks. Any dietary needs or medical care animals require I am well equipped and prepared for all the above

About: *Please read through and understand my policies before booking - your pets well-being is what is most important to me! I have taken care of various pets since I was a kid. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, and bearded dragons! I have always been the family/friend go-to for help with animals whether it is walking dogs, house-sitting, ect. I am a huge animal advocate and a Humane Policy Leader Volunteer with the ASPCA. Throughout high school and college, I looked for opportunities to help animals at an individual level (doing some rescue work, rehab work, fundraising, ect.), and it has greatly improved my knowledge about providing care for animals of various needs. I take the health and safety of animals very seriously, and will treat yours as my own. If you book a 24 hour+ period with me as your pet’s only caregiver, I require a minimum of 3 visits daily and will not allow your dog to be alone for more than 12 hours. With cats and other small animals there is flexibility with the amount of drop-ins. I also typically only do last minute bookings for clients I’ve worked with previously because they know my standards and I know their pet’s needs - this helps ensure that the client is comfortable with my care, the pet is comfortable with my care, and I am comfortable providing my services. I am available everyday for pet care and at various times. All scheduling details can be discussed further at a meet and greet to ensure you feel comfortable with the care your pet will be receiving :) I have special experience with diabetic animals, deaf animals, and animals with health/behavior needs. So that I am able to best take care of your pet, please let me know if there is anything I should know about your pet so that I can be prepared to give them the proper care. I would also ask that a meet and greet is set up prior to future visits so that we can ensure your pets comfortability with me while you are away! I will ensure during visits to send pictures of your pet to you and provide a summary of the visit to put your mind at ease, and of course text me on Rover at any point with any concerns or needs. As a fellow animal parent, I understand we experience some separation anxiety from our pets!

Jobs including; walking, feeding, bathing, etc. I’m working part time but am free many days of the week. I’m available mostly in the afternoon and night hours. About: I’ve had pets ever since I can remember. We have never had less than 3 dogs. Right now I have 6 at home all ranging in size and age. I also work in a store that is very pet friendly and animal oriented so I’m constantly around animals. I have a pretty set full time job. But I have spare time that would allow me to care for others animals almost any day of the week. I have a very pet friendly home along with other dogs for them to play with. They are very friendly and respond well with other dogs. I have a few acres of land that I take the dogs out to play at. I also have a kennel if you are more comfortable with your pet using this outdoors.
