“I had a very short-term need at the last minute and Katrina came to the rescue! She was really easy to work with on the booking and her communication is extremely responsive and quick. All this comes second to the great care she took of my dog Toto, even though our stay was short. She sent pictures and updates while I was away which was really nice as this was our first stay with her. Brandan was very thorough in asking questions about Ruger ... his habits, care, and our preferences which put us at ease. Drop off was simple. Communication was great. He was quick to respond and even included a pic of our boy during his stay. We were very comfortable leaving Ruger with Brandan and will definitely use him again.
Shannon is Fabulous! She made our dog feel right at home and took great care of her. She checked in with us several times and shared pics of Percy throughout the stay. We definitely recommend her (and her two cats who welcomed Percy into their home and befriended her quickly).
