Brandan was very thorough in asking questions about Ruger ... his habits, care, and our preferences which put us at ease. Drop off was simple. Communication was great. He was quick to respond and even included a pic of our boy during his stay. We were very comfortable leaving Ruger with Brandan and will definitely use him again.
