“Jessica was supper paitient with my dog who is fearful of strangers. She took the time to build trust and a bond with him when she couldn't leash him and managed to still get his walk in. Will definitely be using this sitter again. Communication was stellar when she was struggling with my bean, and she was willing to go above and beyond with my pup”

“I am so impressed with how patient, kind and caring Stardust B is with my Winnie, my dog is so shy and she really is taking her time making sure she is comfortable.”

“Morgan is great with our Gus! He is shy around other people and we wanted him to be more comfortable around other people--so we thought a dog walker was a good idea. Morgan is gentle and patient ith him. She's only been our dog walker for a short time, but when we say "Morgan's coming today" his head snaps towards the door in anticipation of her coming. We highly recommend her.”

“Capone loved his walk with Sarah! She arrived on time and Capone was tired and happy when he returned. :) That's exactly what we are looking for, for our dog to be too tired to miss us, and get an active break outside during our workday! Thank you Sarah!”

About: Animals have always been a central part of my life. Growing up in a home full of pets—including cats, dogs, fish, and birds—I developed a deep love and understanding of animals of all kinds. For over a year, I’ve worked at a boarding and grooming facility, where I started in bathing and drying, and then moved into a kennel technician role. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, administering care, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment for each pet in my care. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve also provided pet sitting and dog walking services for neighbors and friends, including care for senior and disabled pets. I’m confident, attentive, and animals are naturally drawn to the calm and positive energy I bring. **What Sets Me Apart** - Over a year of hands-on professional experience in a high-volume pet care setting - Familiarity with a wide range of breeds and temperaments - Experience with special needs and senior pets - Doggy seat belts in my car for safe and secure transportation - Strong attention to cleanliness, health, and emotional wellbeing Your pet's comfort and happiness are my top priorities. I’m here to provide the same level of care and love they receive at home because they deserve nothing less. As a dedicated student, I’ve found that pet care is the perfect way to balance my schedule. Outside of my class times, I have open availability to focus fully on your pets—giving them the time, attention, and care they deserve. Whether it’s a midday walk or overnight care, I’m here to help make your life easier and your pets’ days brighter. While I’m unable to host pets in my home due to limited space, I’m happy to care for them in the comfort of yours. I’ll ensure your pets are well-fed, have fresh water, and maintain clean litter boxes or enclosures. For dogs, I offer walks, playtime, and park visits—plenty of fun and exercise! If your pup is friendly, they can even enjoy supervised play with my own dog for extra socialization. I’m also experienced with giving medications and have a strong understanding of animal body language, which allows me to recognize stress signals and respond appropriately. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities, and I treat every home and animal with the same care and respect I give my own.

About: I've grown up with cats my whole life. I currently have a 13 year old tabby named Charlie. I have watched several cats, dogs, and even chicken over the last two decades. I am very passionate about animal advocacy. I previously worked at NOAH Animal Shelter and Brigadoon Service Dogs. I miss working with animals every day. I currently work full time but will be cutting back my day job hours starting mid September. This will allow me to be more available for my pet clients. My husband and I are renting so unfortunately we can't host pets at our home. I'm more than happy to check in on your animals and/or house sit at your residence.

“Natalie is amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and loving with my pets ( and me) she is always prompt on arrival and ready to go. She reads animal behavior and adjusts as needed. What a gift to have found her!!”

About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes from the smallest chihuahua to the biggest Great Dane. I have also taken care of my own animals for the past 10 years! I will do anything you need for your pets! I am looking for jobs and this will provide some extra cash until I can find something more permanent so anytime works as long as I have enough notice! About: *We do not accept bookings that give less than 48 hour notice from the start date. Sorry!* I am a professional dog trainer and breeder of Australian Shepherds. My family and I have moved all over the US and are now back in Washington! I used to run a fully operational boarding facility and board and train program in Island County and have decided to start out slow now that we're settled back in our home state. I have 20 years of experience training dogs- 15 of those years being a paid, licensed and insured professional. I take the utmost care of any animal in my charge. I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone! I understand the love and care people have for their animals and do everything I can to show that same level of care when they are under my watch. I take videos and photos regularly to keep families updated, as well! I am a SAHM with decades of experience in the canine world. My dogs, and my clients, are my life. They are my whole routine! I am equipped to manage all varieties of dogs from the easiest house guest to dog aggressive cases or complicated medical needs. I tailor my services to each individual dog to give them the best possible care and allow their people to have some freedom and know their dog is well cared for. I make sure to chat with owners and let them know what variety of boarding I offer is most suitable for their dog. I am able to make multiple daily trips to feed, potty and play with client dogs in their homes. My times are very flexible and have often done combo stays- where your dog stays the night with me and I drive it to your home during the day and pick up again in the evening. This works well for senior dogs or puppies who need monitoring over night.

About: I first learned how to care for our pets (dogs, cats, birds) when I was a child. Our pets were truly part of our family, so I understand how important your pet is to you. That foundation set me up for caring for my own pets as an adult, and understanding what a joy sharing your life with a pet can be. I have availability everyday, especially during the typical daytime work hours. I can also be available for middle of the night care for those who work night shifts. I have a fully fenced, large yard. We currently do not have a personal pet, so there is no need to worry about your pet not getting along with other animals. Our entire family are animal lovers, and your pet will receive lots of love, attention, and respect in our home.

About: I have owned pets all my life and along the way I’ve picked up a few tricks that I can use. I am also currently learning to become a veterinarian so I have knowledge that can be useful in an emergency. I am doing a summer course that's online so I have lots of free time to keep your pet(s) safe. I have a couple camping trips planned but they are mostly on weekends. My schedule is only open until the 24th of September, after that I’m back in college. I don’t have a fenced in back yard but I can always hook up your pet to a leash. I currently own two dogs who are both crate trained so if they don’t get along my dogs can be crated.

“I'd like to write about my experience, and more importantly Odin's experience with Jeanie. I was always skeptical about letting other people take care of my pet. I decided to give someone a chance. I hired Jeanie to take care of Odin when I was unable to. She was incredibly polite when we first met and Odin instantly took to her. While he was friendly, she was something special. I only wish I could share the pictures I have of them together on here. She treated Odin just like family, and you could tell he felt the same about her. She kept me updated with pictures of him playing, when I couldn't be there. Everything from him playing in a little pool she set up, to relaxing and watching some of Odin's favorite TV shows. In my opinion there is no one that I could have trusted more to treat him exactly how I would have. She is the perfect choice for anyone looking for someone to take care of their furry extended family.”

Maria B.
“I will give you many reasons why you should consider Maria for you and your pet’s needs. And I know I won’t be able to cover everything as she is an amazing young woman full of compassion and love for people, nature, and especially our four legged-friends. As a committed volunteer to rescue for the past 13 years, I appreciate and respect others’ desire to help take care of our precious innocence wrapped up in these bundles of unconditional love. But, to know that when we are unable to care for them that we can put our trust into someone that will watch over them, is so important. Which leads me to why Maria is a top-notch candidate for you. Her kindness is endless. Her desire to learn is focused and she is interested in knowing more so she can provide better care. She has been to one of the rescues I volunteered at and followed protocol of washing hands, being careful when handling from one animal to another. She spent time with me taking care of an outdoor colony of TNR’d cats and enjoyed every moment trapsing through the snow to go shovel them out, feed them, and learn what needs to be done. With my own pets, she gave nothing but love. Was not afraid to jump right in and be part of the family. She loved being around all the dogs I had, which at one point, I had two beagles and two labs. And she dove right in with them as if she were part of the pack. Sat in a kayak with them, took them for walks, the more wet dog kisses, the better! With my cats, she was the same way, down eye to eye with them and enjoying the love that they were willing to give. Her dedication and loyalty to friendship and family is stellar. Her positive attitude is endless. To help others with their pets would be a win-win. The family would be relieved knowing their pet is in good hands and Maria would love the opportunity to put others at ease knowing their fur member is being well taken care of. I cannot say enough about what an amazing person, Maria is. If you want someone you can trust with your pet, Maria is the one. You will find she will become part of the family.”
