“Taylor was amazing! She provided great updates and pictures! I felt at peace knowing our babies were in good hands with her care. I will definitely be using her again in the future. 😊”

“Arabella was great! She was conveniently close to where I lived and was amazing with my pup Leo. She also was helpful and willing to clean his crate out when he had accidents. I know that’s expected/part of the job but still can not be fun obviously.”

About: Animals were my first passion since I was very young and their welfare continues to be something I care deeply about. I studied veterinary medicine in college and have experience working in an animal hospital. Therefore I have been trained to administer any medications or special dietary requirements as your pet may need as them. I have been pet sitting for over 4 years now as well and love meeting new animals! I am a full time student so my schedule is not super flexible, but I am available all day Saturday - Monday, Fridays after 11 AM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays after 5 PM. I understand that pets thrive in their schedules and will do anything I can to fit into their routine as it is. It’s very important to me that you and your pet are as comfortable and relaxed as can be in your time apart, so I am very open to any requests regarding regular safety or care routines. I will take care of and attend to your pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel loved.

“Abby was amazing and I will definitely ask her again in the future. I received regular photos and updates and came home to a spotless house. Seeing my normally skeptical cat getting more and more comfortable and relaxed in the photos I could see he was having a great time with Abby.”

About: I have been caring for pets for the past three years, earning the trust of friends, family, and clients who rely on me to keep their pets safe. During this time, I have been working with Wag!, and since I recently moved, I am starting to work here as well. I have completed over 400 walks through Wag!, along with several sittings and boardings, leading to many repeat clients and happy pups. I am comfortable working with pets of all sizes and temperaments. In addition to my client-based pet care, I also work at Animal Friends Shelter, where I learn new things about quality care, medical needs, and behavioral needs every day. When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking with my dog and continuing my education. I am a member of Pet Sitters International, from whom I have received my insurance. They offer monthly courses focused on quality in-home pet care. I am saving up for their professional pet sitter certification and hope to complete all their coursework soon. Additionally, I am a supporting member of the IAABC Foundation, which is led by animal behaviorists and trainers. I am following some of their continuing education courses, combined with my hours working at the animal shelter, to earn their credentials in shelter behavior. I currently work part time with a flexible schedule and can change my availability as needed. I have a two person home with my husband who can also help out (for boarding in my personal home) if I had to leave for an emergency I live in a large house with an unfenced backyard and multiple safe areas set up for pet care. I have two cats and one dog in the home

“Payton did great with our first visit! One of our cats has several medical issues so I was nervous about having a new sitter but I was comfortable after meeting Payton.”

About: I’ve looked after animals since I was two years old. Growing up on a small farm in Ohio, I learned to care for an array of species. From goats and guinea pigs to dogs and cats, they all hold a special place in my heart. I have experience taking care of all ages, young and old, as well as animals with special needs. Now that I am pursuing a degree and live in Morgantown, I pet sit for friends as well as care for my own cat, Kodak. I’m excited to expand my pet care services to the community of Morgantown and provide quality care for your fur babies! I’m currently working part-time as well as in school full-time, so weekends work best for me! I’m available to pet sit most weekends, but I can normally be flexible with weekdays as well. On weekends, I’m able to spend the majority of the day with your pets to ensure they receive all the love and attention they need while you’re away. I can stay overnight if that is needed as well. I can easily crate dogs if requested and follow your care directions to the t!

About: I have been house/pet sitting since I was 10 years old. Pet care, household chores, getting mail, lawn care… whatever you may need while away or at work! I am a grad student at WVU, so I make my own schedule. I am free all weekends and evenings, and can always check in/walk during lunch breaks! I must come to you, for I live in a small apartment. I believe pets deserve to be somewhere familiar while their family is away!

About: Hi, I'm Kathryn – a lifelong pet mom turned loving sitter! 🐾 I WFH full time and can accommodate most pet schedules and I specialize in high anxiety pet care. For over 20 years, I had the joy of caring for my three beloved dogs—Taffy (21!), Lance (16), and Bella (14)—each of whom lived long, happy lives filled with love. Now, with a pet-free home and a heart full of love to give, I'm offering personalized, compassionate care to families in need of pet sitting, walking, and daycare services. Your furry family member will be treated like one of my own—with gentleness, patience, dignity, and respect. Whether it’s a walk around the block or a cozy stay, I go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing environment where your pet can feel comfortable and cared for. I know leaving your pet behind—whether for work, travel, or life’s surprises—can be tough. That’s why I keep you in the loop with regular photos, updates, and honest communication so you can breathe easy knowing your best friend is in loving hands. Let’s make this easy and stress-free for both you and your pet. Reach out with any questions—I’m happy to chat! I currently work from home full time. I will be available to you and your pets throughout the day for any needs that may arise! Frequent walks needed? No problem! Time outside to sniff and enjoy some sunshine - let's relax together! I have a pet-free home with a full fenced-in backyard, in a very walkable neighborhood. My house does have two sets of stairs, but first floor accommodations with no stairs for sleeping, eating, or to go outside are available for pets that may struggle with stairs!

“This review is quite different from what most Rover clients wrote. I haven't met Kira in person, but she replaced her older sister as my Rover sitter since the latter graduated from her university. So, Kira followed her sister's instructions on my cat and took several pictures of my cat.”

“Megan was new with Puffin and did a great job looking after her, being sure she ate, and playing with her. Puffin warmed up well to Megan's attention. I would ask her in a heartbeat to care for Puffin again.”

“McKayla and Christian were great pet sitters! Our cats warmed up to both of them quickly. They gave us lots of updates during our trip and were extremely responsive to messages. They went above and beyond for our pets and I would definitely book them again. They even got them a Christmas gift.”

“Katy was great and did an excellent job of watching my cat Gaia while I was out of town for a few weeks. She communicated well, was thorough, shared pictures of Gaia and made sure everything was in order. I would definitely recommend her and have her watch my pets again!”

Padraig K.
“Outside of my immediate family, Paddy is the person I trust the most to take care of my dogs. He is extremely trustworthy, kind, and caring. One of my dogs, Duke, is a foster that my girlfriend and I adopted and is still reactive. Paddy takes extra care and precautions when helping take care of Duke to make him feel at ease and safe and has grown to be one of Duke’s most trusted humans. He’s also excellent with care free dogs like our other pup, Cooper, and gives him plenty of love, walks, and ball time. I cannot recommend Padraig enough.”

Ava R.
“Ava has pure compassion you know that’s soon as you meet her. She has had animals her whole life. She has taken care of both my dogs and cat many of times. She did exactly what I told her needed done. She is patient and kind. One of my dogs is very anxious and she was able to handle him and he trusted her. She is one of the few people I trust with my fur babies.”
