About: I’ve had animals since I was five and when I was 10, I started doing dog walking and dog sitting for friends and neighbors I also started taking care of my grandmother whenever I was 16 I must spend my week playing video game watching. I’m just hanging out around the house with my animals. Sometimes I will go out on the town to do something. I take them out for walks feed them and make sure they’re comfortable in their house. Also ask questions about the animal if I need to know anything.

About: I’ve had a family dog for over 6 years and have helped to train her and take care of her! I also have dog sat for neighbors and friends all throughout high-school and a few times so far in college! I’m currently in school but my schedule does allow for daily drop-ins or staying overnight! I would love to be able to accommodate requests to the best of my abilities! Anything that is asked of a pet parent I am willing to do for the care of your animal! I can take walks, simply check in with your pet, or stay overnight if you’re away!

About: I have had dogs in my house since before I could walk and currently have a puppy of my own, she is a French bulldog, Boston terrier mix. I have volunteered at different animal shelters in the Jackson and Starkville area, taking the dogs for walks and playing with them. I always look forward to taking care of all animals, whether they are new to me or not! :) I am currently studying and taking classes for nursing school, however, I am more than capable of waking up early and coming by to check in whenever I need to. As a lifelong dog lover with lots of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes, I understand how important it is to find a trustworthy and caring place for your dog when you’re away. I have a friendly, playful Staffy dog of my own who LOVES to make new friends. He great with all types of dogs, and I’ll ensure your pup has a fun time playing, socializing, and getting plenty of exercise. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime in the yard, or cozy naps inside, your dog will feel right at home. I also have experience administering medication, so if your dog needs specific care or treatment, I can handle that with ease and make sure they get the attention they need. Your dog's routine, diet, and special needs will always be a top priority. My goal is to make their stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, while giving them lots of love and care. I also have base access so if you are just needing a drop-in visit I would be more than happy to do so! I am available all day every Sunday through Wednesday, offering plenty of time for walks, playtime, and snuggles. I’ll make sure your dog gets all the attention and care they need during their stay. Unfortunately I work 12 hour shifts Thursday-Saturday so I will not be available on those days. I have a dog to keep your dog entertained throughout their say! I can easily create your dog if necessary, and I have separate spaces/rooms if you prefer your pup to be separated! There are plenty of beds and toys and treats all that is needed for you do bring your own food.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life, I am also experienced with farm animals (including large animals) and some exotics (specifically birds and rodents). I am currently working at an animal hospital and am applying for vet school soon. I am also a member of the American Kennel Club and have experience with animal behavior. I would love to take care of your pet! I am a student at Mississippi State and work Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. I do my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date. I am willing to accommodate to your animals needs. If they need to be leash walked at your home, or need someone to watch them in the yard I can do that. I am also experienced with many medications and know how to administer them. Your pets needs are my top priority.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. They are an absolute joy. Friends have trusted me to look after their pets many times, and their pets absolutely adore me just as much as I adore them. I believe in giving pets ample love and attention, as well as activities so they get exercise and they're not bored. I do not work my full-time job on weekends, which gives me the opportunity to give my undivided attention to your fur baby. Although I work during the week, I will take breaks to check in on your pets and allow them to take potty breaks. I am happy to have dogs in my home, or keep them company at your your home. About: Hello! I have been a volunteer with the Humane Society since 2018 and have experience doing all sorts of things! I have overseen meet and greets with new owners, fed/watered dogs on a schedule, cleaned yards, walked dogs, watched over playtime in the yards with multiple dogs, dealt with puppies, trained puppies, handled senior dogs, and handled cats as well. I went through orientation and training in order to be in this position at the shelter, so I have a good understanding of animal behavior and treatment. I also have two dogs of my own back at home and have been around dogs my whole life. (I’m okay with snakes too, I’ve had one of my own). I have been a pet sitter for family friends as well and have been told that they love the way I care for their babies! I am an avid animal lover and plan to become a veterinary surgeon. I am currently at Mississippi State University in the pre-vet concentration of my animal and dairy sciences major! I am home from college for the summer, so my schedule is super open! I work part-time and shifts are only about 4 hours, so that leaves me plenty of time to give your pets the quality time that they deserve! My own dog is super active and she gets walked for an hour in the mornings, another shorter walk mid-day (weather permitting), and then another hour long walk in the evenings with plenty of play time in between! As a full time student I think pet care will be easy to fit into my schedule daily or weekly any time that is needed. About: Y'all, I have a broken ankle right now and am out of commission. I expect to be available again in September 2025. I'll update my calendar once I know! My dog Lucy and I love to play. We go for 30-minute walks (at least) every day, run around and play fetch in the backyard, and play tug of war with her toys throughout the day. We would love for your pet to join us! When I was little, I was the hired pet sitter in the neighborhood, plus I also had my own pets growing up. As an adult, I've had my own pets and have been hired to pet-sit for several friends' dogs and cats, both short- and long-term gigs, over the years. I have experience administering oral medication to both dogs and cats and some dog grooming experience (although grooming is not my passion, ha). Weekends are when I consistently have the most time to focus on your pet, but I sometimes have some availability on weekdays. Just ask and I'll see what I can do! We have a fenced-in backyard (tall wooden fence) that is the size of an additional lot. The yard has a few shade trees and is mostly open grass. We have several toys to play with, both in the backyard and inside, including a water sprinkler. Your dog will not be left unattended in my care unless I need to run an errand briefly and they are secured according to your instructions (crated, etc.) We have a large dog crate your dog can use if you'd like so you don't have to bring yours back and forth. There are several safe places to go for walks nearby with lots of grassy areas.

About: I work at Shaggy Hound where we treat your dogs just like our own. I take care of dogs from 3 months to 17 years old. I can administer medications and keep them on a regular schedule. I can also start training your dog basic commands while they are in my care. I believe what sets me apart from other people is my knowledge and experience. About: I trained my old and current dog and now she is ESA certified. She’s exceptionally well behaved and listens to commands very well. I spoil her with treats and play time and I would risk my life for her like I would for yours. I take my dog out 4-5 times a day to play or use the bathroom.
