“Stephanie was very communicative and took good care of my pup and house. The place was clean upon my return and my dog seemed to be very happy spending time with Stephanie. Highly recommend”

“All the wonderful comments about Anthea were validated in our first experience having her stay in our home to care for our aging kitty. Anthea took wonderful care of our girl, who is extremely timid and shy. Anthea gained trust to the point of being able to give her meds and provided thoughtful insight about her care. As others have noted, Anthea is extremely knowledgeable about pets (and many other things). Our home was left in pristine condition. As retirees who enjoy travelling, but are always concerned about leaving our precious girl by herself, Anthea was the perfect solution. We highly recommend Anthea for your pet care needs!”

“Frances took care of my girls 🐕🐈⬛ and my home for 2 days/nights while I was away and she was amazing. Our approximity from each other, and work situations made her the perfect fit for me and my pets. I will definitely be hiring her regularly. Frances kept me updated and informed with texts and pictures and followed all of my wishes and the girls’ needs. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much Frances!”

“Brandon stayed with our senior pups for an overnight trip. He was very communicative and sent photos to let us know how our old boys were doing throughout the stay! It was our first time leaving them and I was nervous to do so, but Brandon’s updates put my mind at ease. He followed all our instructions and gave them their medications. When we returned, the dogs were happy and healthy and our house looked great! Looking forward to having Brandon back for a longer stay.”

“Roree was very communicative and showed up right on time for both visits. We have complicated kitties that need to be kept separate and Roree was up for the task. I will absolutely be booking with her again very soon!”

“Nancy was so phenomenal! She was extremely communicative and sent tons of photo updates. She was also very accommodating to our last minute addition of a fur baby to our reservation. Would absolutely hire her again.”

About: Hi! I’m a laid-back yet enthusiastic animal lover with a lifetime of experience growing up in a home full of pets. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes — from tiny lap dogs to large breeds like pit bulls and bulldogs — and I truly understand how unique every dog is. I have extensive experience working with aggressive dogs, helping them feel safe and well-behaved through patience and training. I’m also skilled in caring for senior pets, providing gentle attention and medical support to keep them comfortable and happy. I especially love big lap dogs and enjoy taking all dogs on adventure walks tailored to their energy and needs. I’m very mindful of each pet’s limitations, ensuring every walk and play session is safe and enjoyable. I’m extremely flexible and always bring calm, positive energy into every home. Whether your dog needs training support, medication, playtime, or just a relaxed companion, I’ll treat them like family. Let’s make tail wags happen! I start my mornings with potty walks and breakfast, take a mid-day sniff breaks in between, and end the day with playtime and bedtime belly rubs. I understand how important your pet’s comfort and safety are, as well as respecting your home. To ensure both, I strictly follow every client’s specific instructions and routines — from feeding times to play preferences and medication schedules. I keep your space clean and organized, always secure doors, gates, and windows, and treat your home with the same care I would my own. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates with photos or messages to keep you connected and assured. Above all, I prioritize your pet’s well-being by giving them plenty of attention, affection, and exercise, making sure they feel loved and comfortable while you’re away.

“Sylvia was great! She took care of our home and our pets while on vacation. She provided us with great peace of mind with frequent photos of the pets and communication. We can recommend her!”

“Melyssa will be my go to Rover from now on. She was wonderful with my 2 Siberian Huskies. She sent pictures every day and replied to my text usually in under an hour. My house was cleaner then when I left. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

“Krystal is amazing! I highly recommend her as a dog sitter for those who want The Best care for their fur baby. “Can't say enough about Rosalyn! She is on-time, attentive, and loves what she does! I had no hesitation leaving Lucy with Rosalyn. She sent photos and checked in just as she said she would. You won't regret having Rosalyn house/pet sit your furry friends!”

About: I helped train our family puppy, as well as care for our dogs when they got older and needed care. I love to play with the pups so they exercise and exert their energy! I'm currently working part-time as a host and my usual shifts start at 11am for about 4 hours, or I will start at 4pm and will end sometimes as late as 10pm. My schedule is still a bit all over the place, but I would be gone in a day only for about 5-6 hours. I love to walk dogs if you would like me to while I watch them. I can easily crate or leave the dog roaming, whatever is your normal I will adjust to. I will treat your dog like it's my own!

About: I love dogs so much. Dogs always take interest in me out of people in groups. I have had 4 dogs throughout my life and loved loving them, taking them on walks, playing with them, and just being around them. I just graduated this past year and so I don’t have a job yet but I will hopefully this fall but for now, i’m free full time! While taking care of your pets I would always be around them. I’d make sure they are safe and eating when needed, going on walks and plenty of potty breaks!

“Ms Vikki is the ultimate pet sitter! She was with our pups the entire time, took them to the beach, played with them and sent us a multitude of pictures daily! In fact our Lucy was barking at us to take her out when Vikki did! I think they sorely miss her absence! She was respectful of our house took good care of our dogs we are so impressed that she is booked for the next trip already! She’s dependable and ready to help! Is”

About: I’ve taken care of numerous family members, friends, and coworkers pets since I was a child. I even rescued and nursed my first kitten to health after finding him in a dumpster. Hoping to share my love for animals in the area after moving here from California! I’m available full-time up as of now up until mid September when I begin my medical career. Once starting work, I hope to continue part-time! I can care for others pets however they need, as I find it important for animals health and wellness to have a consistent, steady schedule and environment. This includes crating, exercising, feeding, etc. as needed!

“Isabella is a very good housesitter for my lab and two cats. She agreed to go a 3 week housesitting job for us and she did a fantastic job while we were away, leaving our worries behind. I am 100% confident that Isabella is lovingly caring for my pets and keeping my house up as well including watering plants and taking the garbage out. I would recommend Isabella without hesitation.”

West Pioneer pet parents share their Rover experiences
Brandon was great! He spent a lot of time with my dogs, making sure they had plenty of play time and backyard time. He was super easy to communicate with while we were away and he made sure to send photos of my cuties. 😊 He also made sure to keep an eye on our snake, and left the house so tidy! We will definitely work with Brandon again in the future.

Krystal was so thoughtful and caring with our pups. Both dogs have very different personalities and can be sensitive. She took time out to cater to their individual needs and earn their trust. Krystal was very good with maintaining open communication and check ins throughout the day with pictures. She left our home as good as she came into it, maybe even better. Thanks Krystal!

Shelby was wonderful! Our dogs and our house were well cared for while we were away. I loved receiving all of the pictures and updates through the weekend as well. One of our dogs even developed a couple of hot spots while we were gone and she helped us treat it from the early stages. Great at communicating and always quick to respond. Will definitely re book in the future if she’s available ☺️
